- JIJosh Dalton (Incognegro)Aug 15, 20261.0I haven’t visited a Jimmy John’s location in two years, ever since I wrote my last bad review about the Bluff Street location. Unfortunately, I decided to give the N. Dixie Downs Dr. location a try, and I’m once again disappointed. I had the option to get in my car and drive to Jersey Mike's, but this location is right across the street from my work. The main issue is incredibly simple: I ask for my sandwich to be cut in half, and it never is. NEVER! I just paid $15.00 for a sandwich. At that price, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the one simple request I made to actually be followed. All I want when I open the wrapper is to find my sandwich cut in half. It shouldn’t be this difficult. If a customer specifically asks for their sandwich to be cut in half, please just cut the sandwich in half. After two years of avoiding Jimmy John’s because of my previous experience, this visit certainly didn’t give me a reason to come back.

It was worth way more than what had been on the card, but they wouldn’t let me pay. This is how customer service looks like, my friends.
