Super bummed on my sandwich tonight they literally put one slice of turkey on it so it was like a grilled cheese on bread

Came in today to place an order for a couple subs for my family and the blonde that is, at the end wrapping him, I don't even know if it's your 1st day or she has no idea how to wrap a sandwich, but half of my sandwich ended up in the bottom of my bag. From all of them seriously, all first sandwiches leaked in the bottom of my bag cause she doesn't know how to wrap she's taking forever. She looks loaded as far as I'm concerned. That's so freaking fast , really guys do better

Heyy I think they should go into the salad business... because their bread is always served extremely overcooked and hard at this location. Croutons anyone??? 🫩😤

We got 2 sandwiches at 5:37 this evening and the bread was burnt - dark brown on the bottom and hard as a rock. And the top of my sandwich had a huge hole with sharp edges. How does an employee use a piece of bread that looks like that? The bread was almost impossible to chew - in fact the "heel" of the bun was rock hard and had to be discarded. This is not the first time we have gotten stale bread from this location, but this is the worst example. I like Jimmy John sandwiches a lot, but I will have to go inside to order so I can inspect the bread next time!
