I recently visited Utah for work and was pleased to encounter a Jamba Juice, as there is currently no such location in Dallas, TX. Upon entering the establishment to review the menu and check for any new offerings, I was unexpectedly and uncomfortably moved out of the way by other customers—despite not being in line. This experience was deeply disappointing, as I have a positive association with the brand and had initially looked forward to visiting the location. While I remain a supporter of the brand, I will now carefully consider alternative options for future visits.

Was here at eight A.M. waiting for them to open. Sign on the door. Clearly says they open at eight A.M. Nothing. Where is everyone?

I’m not one to make reviews and I understand everyone can have a bad day, but the worker her name was Jessica was so incredibly rude to me and unhelpful when I came to order. She huffed rolled her eyes annoyed that I was just existing trying to get a smoothie. I had to order online to be able to get my smoothie and pick it up at the store outside from the parking lot because she was so unhelpful.
