    Absolutely the best place to get iced coffee the golden eagle is the best coffee I get a large with whipped cream on top and it keeps me going all day šŸ’ÆšŸ˜œšŸ¤Ÿ

    I don't even know why I keep bothering to try dutch bros. Every time I go there I just get more disappointed and no one at the store can do anything to help me or make it right. They do not care about customer service. The store should be able to take care of customers at the store, I shouldn't have to call a number to get a refund when they are the ones that screwed up. I did an order on the app to pick up and when I got to the store my drink hadn't even been started. I did the order ahead so I could just grab my drink and go to work, but since it wasn't ready I was going to be late to work. I requested a refund because I didn't have time to wait and they can't even give me a refund? I just want my money back and I am going to delete my app and I will never be going to dutch bros again until they change the way they take care of customers and actually listen to feedback from customers, which will probably never happen. There are plenty of other coffee shops that actually care about taking care of customers on the spot and don't make their customers call an 800 number to get taken care of.
