- WBWayne Burbank3 days ago2.0Moist Brisket should NOT have to be cut with a knife and fork. It was dry and tough. The flavor should come from the meat and the smoking process, not have to rely on a sauce to be added later... this definitely needed sauce as the meat was dry and flavorless. The sauces were actually quite good but I don't go to BBQ for the sauce. It was disappointing and I won't be going back.

- SMSusan MadsenAug 8, 20265.0I ordered 2 pounds of pulled pork, coleslaw and baked beans to serve my visiting family. The food was delicious! Everyone enjoyed it. I have never been disappointed with Dub’s. It is the best BBQ I have had since leaving the Midwest.

- JBJohn BJul 21, 20265.0We used DUBS for catering a small retirement party for about 21 people. We got three of the Big Grub plates and it fed all of us really well with left overs for the next day. The Brisket, pulled pork, potato salad, Dubs style beans and cole slaw were fantastic!
