    We went here on Saturday while on a work trip so we could watch the fights. We called ahead to make sure the fights were going to be on and they said yes so we were excited. Our plan was to sit at the bar for a few hours to watch the fights and order multiple appetizers and drinks and dessert. We sat there for about 35 minutes and no one attended us. People who sat at a table 15 minutes after us, already had drinks and were putting in their food order. A gal that was waitressing the tables in the bar area over heard us and completely stopped what she was she was doing and profusely apologized, she said the bar tender told her he would take care of us. She got our drinks to us and then it was crickets again, for another 30 minutes. We finally flagged down our bar tender asking for another drink. That took about 15 minutes. Never offered us water, we had to ask and never were offered a refill. We finally put our first appetizer order in and the food was good. So that’s a plus. We still had to flag down our bar tender to get drinks. He never checked in on us. The empty cups also piled up on the bar. We planned to spend hours there ordering lots of food and drinks and unfortunately that didn’t happen due to the service and no one checking in. We spend money and tip well and that was just a poor experience. I also love that this is a place for college students to work, we have a college student down there currently. But it was as if there was zero accountability for the lack of service. I wasn’t sure who was managing that evening. Many of the staff were constantly going outside on the patio to smoke/vape. Which I totally done mind. However, the frustrating part is we watched our bar tender walk past us multiple times to go out and vape but would not even check in on us. We had to wave him over. We spent 4 hours there, got three drinks, one water and one appetizer. Not the night we were hoping to have and extremely disappointed with the service. The gal who helped us in the beginning that was working the table was working her tail off. So I will give kudos to her.

    Went here to get drinks food and watch the UFC fights. We sat at the bar and the bar tender was horrible. He was stoned out of his mind and kept going outside to smoke more weed. I would have to wave my arms to get his attention for him to bring the two drinks he did bring. It would have been a big check for him but it was almost like he was scared to come and check on us. There was one waitress who was helping the tables near the bar and she checked on us sitting at the bar more than he did but she was working her ass off. Other than her I didn’t see one manager or other responsible adult working there to keep the kids accountable. I don’t leave reviews but worst service in my life.

    This was the worst dining experience I have had in many years. Our server was about as attentive as a fast food counter worker. We were one of four tables but our food took more than twenty minutes with no explanation or check-in. We did get a light apology from the manager. The lettuce in my salad tastes like it sits in lemon juice. Horrible. We mentioned that it was our son’s birthday and the server offered a slice of cheesecake. Ten minutes later she asked if we wanted dessert. We said the birthday cheesecake would be enough. She was clearly confused but she brought it out (and charged us for it). I wouldn’t go back even if it was free.

    Food was okay, it wasn’t really temperate hot at all for me, but the flavors were really good! We personally didn’t see our server that often, although the atmosphere is lively and pricing is pretty good for a sports bar! I wish the servers were a little more attentive and quick but they were really friendly.

    Hostess was cold, greeted us with no smile and only asked if we were having alcohol. Got sat quick cause it was nearly empty inside and put in a drink order. Beers eventually came out warm and completely flat. I told the server and she took mine and went to get me a different kind because "it's the last 1% of the keg so it's not good." I asked for the same kind and she said it will still be no good cause they won't pour the remainder out to stock a new one. Kinda blew me away that they would serve it to someone else knowing it's bad. Finally got my new beer and it was at least cold, but completely flat as well. Decided not to complain and just choke down half of it before I couldn't do it any more. Got the appetizer with the food instead of before. Food came out. Half cold, half lukewarm. Wife had to ask for a new set of fries for our daughter cause they were so bad. I ate the half of my meal that was kinda warm and just left the rest with my half beer and we paid and left. Server seemed new, so we gave her the benefit of doubt, but food was as terrible as it's been for a while now. We used to go almost once a week as a family, and now we go across the street instead. Buffalo dip was the only thing decent on the table
