  Absolutely terrible they didn't give me half my order that I ordered through Uber eats and gave me uncooked pickles and when I called and was trying to be nice about it the manager starting going off on me telling me to get a job there and check the order myself and accusing me of being rude to her employees when I was not being rude at all and the kid before her sounded very nice and was apologetic and she started trying to make me feel bad even though I'm 17 and work in restaurant I know how it is so I wasn't being rude about anything and I got treated horribly after horrible service and ended up going back and fourth until I hung up and said have a great night she sounded like a child and was acting like one get your management in line and make sure your orders are accurate I'm never coming back to this franchise because of this even though I used to make memories with my dad there who is no longer around I felt terrible and mistreated and went hungry I have never met a manager that was more immature than a 16 year old staff member on his second week of working that answered the phone he was very nice and great but the manager was terrible and and made me feel like a terrible person for me calling because they messed up my order and gave me something that is a food and safety Hazzard there was still white batter on the pickles and were mushy I noticed after eating one then feeling sick after

  Well if they are busy like most places of food, you'll wait and your food will be cold. Go during the lunch hours as they hire very poor cooks in the evening time. There is a reason its only rated 3.9 on google. This place is ran horribly. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but I'll never go to this one in st george ever again.

  Our waitress took our order and never came back to attend us again. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all we were waiting to get refills and the lady never came. We had to as a young gentlemen to get refills and he never brought them to us. The waitresses here are a joke they need to do better. The food also tasted weird and the ranch tasted expired. I do not recommend coming here. Never again

  After seeing their advertisements for the World Cup Soccer USA game we decided to go watch the game there. What a disappointment! They had ONE bartender for the whole restaurant. She was awesome considering how much she was doing. I asked for the manager and her response was “we didn’t expect to be busy”. What??? Didn’t apologize and then copped an attitude, said something rude and stormed off. Really? You didn’t expect to be busy for the USA World Cup on a Friday???? What a joke. Won’t be going back.

  Seriously so bad! Arrived an hour before closing and was seated quickly. Waitress came over took our drinks order promptly, but after that I am pretty sure my dead ancestors could have provided quicker service. Our waitress said she would give us a couple more minutes with the menu and went and chatted with another waitress for nearly 15 minutes. Finally our order was taken. We were the only ones in the restaurant with a party of 4. We didn't receive our food until nearly midnight. It was awkward as they were turning off all the TVs around us and lights, but telling us oh don't worry stay and eat. The food was cold and took nearly 30 minutes to get out. By that point we were just exhausted from a long drive and wanted to get to our hotel. The manager offered a small discount for the problems, but really it was nothing. Find another late night eat if you can, this one is not a good choice.
