  The customer service is great compared to most fast food restaurants. It is a little bit more pricey for menu items, however they have a very wide variety of food items to choose from. The food is better quality than McDonalds on any given day. In my opinion.

  I just want to say worst experience I've had at Arby's on Bluff I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my food they put my fries down come out 8 minutes later we forgot to make your chicken and put it down and then I'm in the lobby standing there and they're arguing about who's going to make my sandwich when I was the only one in there and the top it all off watching the guy make my sandwich with gloves on go in the back and it's touching everything not once did he change his gloves I couldn't even eat my mail and then when they gave me my food my fries were cold cuz they were sitting there for 25 minutes and they wanted to argue with me I highly recommend do not eat there the place is nasty and disgusting and the service is very poor and the worst thing about it is they don't even care

  It's fast food. But, when it comes to pristine; 5 regular Roast beefs one one bun is perfect macros.
