  Hiley and Sadie were extremely friendly and patient. First time in and they helped guide me and my buddy with recommendations. Did I mention we came in 5 minutes before close? Great customer service!

  I was helped by Whitney, and she was the sweetest! She helped me figure out what drink to get since it was my first time, and she was so fun to talk to! She had such a cute and bubbly personality and the drink she suggested was a perfect fit for me! Amazing experience overall thanks to Whitney!

  I come to 7 brew almost every morning and when i see dana i just know my drink is going to come out amazing !!! she always so kind and so efficient and i love her customer service and she always makes my day better :))

  Hands down, Whitney & Bella are the sweetest girls ever! 💕 I had such an amazing experience and the best conversations with both of them. They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel so appreciated as a customer. Their customer service was absolutely amazing! They even offered pup cups for my dogs before I could even ask for them, which I thought was the sweetest thing ever. You can really tell they care about their customers and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. I love 7 Brew so much, and employees like Whitney & Bella are a huge reason why! Huge shoutout to both of them for being so sweet and providing such incredible service!! 💗☕️✨

  My wife and I have been coming to this 7 Brew in St. George since the day it opened. We really enjoy the drinks, and many of the young ladies who work there have the kindest souls. However, the lack of communication regarding the military discount and the disrespectful attitude from some staff members has become a major issue. ​I am a disabled veteran and visit almost every other day. I normally get a large Tiki Tango Fizz soda (or sometimes the Tiki Tango blended with energy). With the 50% military discount we always receive, it comes to exactly $2.28. In fact, earlier today after a trip to Costco, we stopped by, paid cash, and got that exact $2.28 price. I have even included a screenshot of a transaction from last week showing the standard $2.28 total. ​When I decided to go back through just a short while later, the girl taking our order insisted the military discount was only 25%. I politely explained the usual 50% discount and mentioned that a previous employee explicitly told us to ask for a manager if this confusion happened again. (We had a similar issue in the past, and a manager confirmed the 50% off). She wasn't willing to have the conversation or get a manager; she was just set on arguing that it was 25%. Not wanting to sit and argue with a young employee, we asked her to cancel the order and drove off. ​I will gladly honor whatever the actual price policy is, but it's the inconsistency and the blatant disrespect from the worker that prompted this review. Management desperately needs to communicate policies clearly to all employees so they aren't arguing with loyal customers over a discount they received earlier that same day.
