    The employees on 5/23/2026 at 7:30-8 were very rude and disrespectful. When we walked in the attitude immediately started. Laughing at me and my friend while ordering, then proceeded to say they couldn’t take a $50 bill on a $49 order, while trying to figure out another payment method they sat there laughing. One employee told us if we couldn’t figure it out then she didn’t know how to help us with attitude not in a sincere way. We figured out how to pay and they were still laughing at us, proceeded to laugh talk and stare as we walked out of the store. Will absolutely not be going back to this location the customer service was by far the worst I’ve experienced.

    Wow the 2 redhead ladies that work here are extremely extremely rude. They need to hire some more people. If you don’t like your job that much then you shouldn’t be there. They are ill mannered and very impatient. I literally had to apologize to the lady in front of me FOR them who was trying to order 2 sandwiches because how rude they were being. I said I couldn’t believe they talked to you that way.

    I despise this subway. The food is not good and the customer service is HORRENDOUS!! I have had multiple experiences where I have stood around for 15+ minutes waiting for someone to assist me at the counter. Food quality is disappointing and so expensive for what it is.

    The employees here at the subway inside Walmart in Springville, Utah are the worst. After standing there for several minutes, somebody emerged from the back find that they have to restock items and disappears for a while in the back comes out with several cans. I wait for another several minutes for them to restock the lines building up behind me. She starts making my sandwich and then starts making the sandwich of the guy behind me who is not with me. She finishes my sandwich. I go to the cash register and she starts making the sandwiches for the people behind me! I stand at the register and say hey, he’s not with me and she snaps at me saying” I know!” it was ridiculous to me that my sandwich was done, and I was still standing at the register, waiting to cash out while she helped people who came in after me after I had already waited a good 12+ minutes (about half of my lunch break) for her to even start my sandwich! So I walked out without paying and without my sandwich. This was a few months ago and I’ve never been back. I tried reaching out to corporate. I tried both the phone and Internet and they do not make it possible it would seem. I did not call the store itself because I was fairly sure she was the manager, so who would I talk to at the location then? Admittedly, I was already in a bad way due to a situation with my boss right before leaving on lunch, but being treated this way and spoken to this way by the sandwich maker was just over the top.
