  I don’t leave 1-star reviews often because I really try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt. Mistakes happen, and I’m usually very understanding about that. Unfortunately, it was the way this situation was handled by the manager that really left a bad taste in my mouth. I originally ordered a pizza with light cheese and extra sauce, but the pizza was delivered to the wrong address. We called the store, and they offered to remake it, which I appreciated. However, the replacement pizza was made completely differently from what I had specifically ordered. It had stuffed crust and a lot of cheese. I understand the manager may have thought she was doing something nice by upgrading the pizza, and I can appreciate the intention behind that. But when a customer specifically requests light cheese and extra sauce, you really shouldn’t change those things without asking—especially when the customer may have a reason for requesting it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat the pizza as it was made. I called the store again and explained that, at this point, I would just like a refund. What really shocked me was how rude and off-putting the manager was during that phone call. I was not yelling, being disrespectful, or demanding anything unreasonable. I was genuinely trying to be kind and explain that there had already been two mistakes with my order and that I simply wanted my money back. Instead of feeling like she was trying to help resolve the situation, I felt like she was irritated with me for bringing up the fact that the order had been made incorrectly again. Her tone and attitude throughout the call were extremely off-putting, and honestly, that interaction was what ultimately made me feel like I needed to leave this review. I completely understand that employees have bad days and that mistakes happen. I can overlook a wrong delivery. I can even understand an order being remade incorrectly. What I have a much harder time overlooking is being treated rudely by a manager when I am calmly trying to resolve a problem that the store itself created. I really do try to be kind and give people the benefit of the doubt, which is why I found the interaction so disappointing. After two mistakes with the same order, I expected a little understanding and professionalism—not an attitude that made me feel like I was somehow the problem for not wanting to accept a pizza I specifically did not order. I hope the manager can take this as constructive criticism and work on how she communicates with customers, especially when they are already dealing with a frustrating situation. A little kindness and professionalism would have made a huge difference in how this entire experience ended.

  Ordered a couple of pizzas today and OMG! So fresh, so hot, so good. Been awhile since I've gotten a REALLY good delivery pizza from anywhere. I'm impressed!

  Very simple order. Told 20-30 mins. Intentionally well before dinner rush Double the time.Waited 50+ mins...Anticipate at least hour regardless of estimate provided.

  There's a guy there named Alma who was incredibly helpful. I had an issue that he helped me resolve. The pizza and service has always been top notch. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be eating there again.
