  Absolutely horrible made me pay 3 dollars for mayonnaise and sweet and sour and the chicken patty on my hot and spicy was cold and when I ask for another one they made me pay extra for experience ever and when I come somtimes there’s cops cuz of stupid kids and the workers were in the phone made me and a grandma wait 20 min just to ask for something worst McDonalds every and it took over 30 mins just to get food

  Lamentablemente horrible el servicio, cada dia estan peor, usualmente comemos dos o tres veces a la semana pero hoy fue extremadamente horrible hay cosas que simplemente puedes pasar,pero hoy No 1- me dijeron que no podian poner menos hielo a mi bebida 2- me diero las hamburguesas como se les antojo cuando pedi plain 3- me faltaron dos hamburguesas 4-Vas a la ventanilla " para no perder el tiempo" cuando es doble perdida. tengo que volver por mi orden o simplemente dejarlos que hagan lo que quieran ?

  One of the employees made a really obscene and inappropriate comment to one of the female employees. I honestly couldn’t believe I had just heard what I heard but another guy near me looked up and looked around surprised too. Then an employee in the back very loudly proceeded to tell several stories about how stupid different customers were. Can’t recommend this Macdonald’s because of poor atmosphere and poor customer service.

  They no longer want you drinking water. When you ask for water cups, they give you 4oz cups. Literally ridiculous. I've never seen such small cups before. Do they want me to apologize for not wanting to drink sugary drinks? Won't be coming to this location anymore, because that's ridiculous. Luckily there is another McDonald's close by.

  McDonald's gets a zero for customer service! You come inside to order and your food greets you in a paper bag. Hey, McDonald's, Covid is over! Also, it's a forever wait if you need a strawberry jam which didn't come in the bag for your biscuit at breakfast. Also, no salt and pepper available for self serve. Chris Kempczinski is the chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of McDonald's Corporation. He ought to come and dine at one of his restaurants and see how he likes it. It is obvious that McDonald's corporation has lost their interest in providing great service for the customer! I'm waiting for the robots to arrive! So very sad!
