  Idk if I keep coming when it’s training time but my first time I was told to wait around the corner and it took 20mins+ to get my food alongside 8 other cars that were waiting. I thought that’s a fluke and I wasn’t in a rush. Another time I came and same thing, told to wait around the corner and waited 10mins. I came another time and just the line in general took way longer than any other drive-thru. I come to McDonalds because it’s fast and convenient, not for the high quality, so kinda defeats the purpose of their business model. Maybe when management gets up to speed this place is back up there but it’s not it right now.

  just waited an hour for my food. used the app and said it was confirmed. i waited trying to get someone attention for 40 minutes and then when i finally got the manager to help me she started telling me that it was never confirmed for her and that she was losing money even though my app said i was confirmed and paid for. she proceeded to repeat herself over and over after i had showed her that i had paid and confirmed my order and then yelled and threw a fit about be asking if i could have my food that they had already made. by the time i finally got my food it was all cold.

  I know you shouldn’t really expect much from McDonald’s but this is definitely the worst that I’ve been to. Super slow service and they never get the order right… like not even close

  Slowest mcdonalds in town, I've waited 16 minutes+ a few times in the drive thru. They care more about moving you to a parking spot to pad their numbers then getting your food in a timely manner. If you go in, its usually dirty and you have yo wipe your own tables. Plus even longer waits inside. They also removed their buy one get one for $1. Terrible decision.

  10:28 a.m. - placed an order on the app for some breakfast food at which time my credit card was literally charged (see attached photo). 10:32 a.m. - refused to give me my food because “breakfast was over.” I don’t even know what to say. What a joke.
