  I ordered through drive thru a McCrispy sandwich and it only had bread chicken and pickles. NO mayo, lettuce or tomato. We also asked for sauces for our chicken nuggets and they were forgotten. I went in and asked for sauce and they would only give me two sauce packets and we ordered 3 - 10 piece nuggets. Let's just say this is a really dry lunch.

  What a good service this restaurant has! Compared to the others who are right here in the city, this is my favorite. I feel it’s the best thing in the area. Thank you for having the best restaurant.

  I've been to this location multiple times, and honestly, almost every visit has been a bad experience. The service is consistently slow, and the staff are immature, unprofessional, and sometimes just plain disrespectful. I understand that everyone has bad days, but when it's the same thing over and over again, it becomes a real problem. Even when the restaurant isn't busy, it takes way too long to get your order, and the attitude from some of the employees makes the experience even worse. Out of all the times I've been here, I can only think of one employee who actually seemed like they cared about doing their job and treating customers with respect. Everyone else acts like helping customers is an inconvenience. What makes this even more frustrating is that if you look at the reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one having these experiences. There are plenty of other people saying the same things about the poor service, long wait times, and unprofessional staff. This is honestly one of the worst McDonald's locations I've ever been to. Something needs to change, whether that's better training, better management, or both. I hope someone actually takes the time to read these reviews and make improvements because the current situation is unacceptable.

  Made a pick up order, got there at exactly 10:30 just to discover I gotta be there before 10:30 and give them my code so they can start preparing it, What’s even the point in doing a pick up order if it’s not gonna be ready for you to pick up? Might as well just not have that option at all if it’s not gonna save you any time

  It seemed like every employee at this location was either completely disengaged or had no idea what they were doing.I waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order, only to discover that I had to follow up myself before anyone bothered to hand it to me. No amount of apologies can make up for poor service, lack of communication, and obvious disorganization.What was most concerning was that even the manager appeared confused about what was going on. The entire operation felt chaotic from start to finish. Honestly, it seemed like the food would have been prepared faster if one of the customers had gone into the kitchen and made it themselves. McDonald’s isn’t rocket science, yet this location struggled with the most basic aspects of customer service and order management. I’ve had delays before, but this was on another level. This restaurant needs serious improvements in training, leadership, and overall accountability.
