  I visited the drive through to order two happy meals. There was an issue every step of the way. They took my order incorrectly at the speaker. The girl at the payment window said she corrected it, despite me repeating it to her multiple times it was still incorrect. Got to the pick up window and my burger had no tomato (as ordered) and a tiny bit of lettuce. I pointed this out and rather than being apologetic, I had to explain to 3 different people what had happened, including the manager. The manager then loudly called to all employees to pay attention to what they're doing and check orders. If this is how they work toward improvement, no wonder there are issues. They also forgot apple slices in one of the happy meals. I guess they didn't charge me for the added lettuce and tomato as they should have, so they wanted me to pay 60 cents. WOW. You've made so many mistakes and now you're coming for 60 cents?? I refused to pay it and they came back with tomatoes and lettuce. I ordered honey mustard and they put a honey packet with the chicken nuggets instead. I had to turn around and go back. I came to save time but ended up taking double the time and still it wasn't right and didn't feel like they made it right.

  I was helped by an employee after a bad day at work. Her name is Blessing, She is sweetheart. She works graveyard hours, But she was nice and she cared about the service. She went above and beyond for me. 10/10

  I can remember fondly when McDonald’s was the place to go. Fast service, good food, clean. Those days are well behind us. You could order your food and have it in your hand in 30 seconds. That’s not an exaggeration, it’s a fact. Back then you were greeted by someone who acted as if they were glad to see you. Now we are greeted by an oversized touchscreen. There’s absolutely no customer service anymore. It’s completely and utterly gone. At this particular McD’s, the wait was tremendous. Ten minutes went by and I finally walked up to the barren counter (that is never occupied anymore) until finally a gal with a belt buckle the size of a ‘57 Chevy came to me and asked if I needed anything. I simply showed her my receipt and looking confused she walked back to her station and one of the other employees told her, “We’re waiting on fries”. I know that it doesn’t take ten minutes to deep fry French fries. Pathetic. Ray Kroc would be turning over in his grave if he knew what this corporation has become.

  nobody at registers, couple of the workers just standing there on their cell phones. getting your food was another thing..

  Ive NEVER had a worse experience. Ive NEVER been told I cant receive my food that ive PAID for. The middle age man who uses a cane in the drive thru, should NEVER have been hired. Nor should he continue to work there. Not only did I get pulled forward and WAITED 25+ minutes. They forgot my fries, then when I went back thru for them again, they tried to PULL ME FORWARD AGAIN!? Then when I told him I would wait there for them, its 1 fry, he said I wouldn't be getting them. I paid for my food? Whether I leave or not doesnt determine if I get my PAID for food or not. I will NEVER return if hes employed there.
