After reading all the reviews and the very pathetic responses from "corporate" my family and I will be boycotting all Jimmy John's moving forward.

Missing items, and was supposed to be toasted. I would have gone back but I live 20 minutes away, and I’d rather not waste an additional 40 minutes. Please put a bit more care into your sandwiches.
