  I really don’t enjoy giving negative reviews, but I’m thoroughly disappointed with my order. I’m not sure what to call this sandwich. Missing items, and was supposed to be toasted. I would have gone back but I live 20 minutes away, and I’d rather not waste an additional 40 minutes. Please put a bit more care into your sandwiches.

  I had a great experience at Jimmy John’s! I ordered online and went through the drive-thru to pick up my order. Both ladies working the drive-thru were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, enthusiastic, and provided fast service with a great attitude. They even me welcome me with the Double J which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service and genuine enthusiasm! Thank you, ladies, for making my experience so great! Keep up the amazing work!

  Jimmy John's is delicious always! I love the #14 and the #10. The free smells are great too! The last time I went there the girl at the register was so sweet and helpful. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming.

  I've not been here before. I ordered a veggie wrap and it was barely a micron thick layer of guac and one slice of cheese. It was a lettuce burrito. The manager really didn't care that I didn't like it. The workers were more interested in their conversations than being helpful. Didn't like the location at the corner of a busy intersection.
