  My 1st time ever getting a cold hamburger from sonic. From 5 to 10mins of someone answering for me to order. Then 10 to 20 mins waiting on my food. I've experienced so much racism in Spanish Fork at restaurants as a black man this has to be normal out here

  Just went through the drive through with my sister and nephews , the lady who took my order sounded older and was very rude and impatient and when we were getting our food at the window she was in the corner just on her phone we missed out on getting a few things cause we felt rushed, and the lid wasn’t put on our ice cream correctly making it spill everywhere in the car very bad experience

  I spoke to the manager, Misty, who informed me she would NOT be replacing my order. We were missing the sauce for our mozzarella sticks, and my kids refused to eat them without it, so we threw them away. We also received the wrong ice cream, and she just kept telling us she doesn't give out free food. I tried explaining that the sauce is a part of the item, and without it, it's not complete, but she just kept arguing that she wasn't going to give us free food. Okay, we won't be coming back. This has happened so many times with wrong food and missing items, and this is the first time we've complained. Not sure why the manager has such horrible custom service skills. She would rather force a repeat customer to not come back then do what's right.
