  No one speaks English here besides the cashier. Asked for a receipt. They said they couldn't give one. Sandwich ordered was a sausage, egg McMuffin with added bacon. They only gave me an egg McMuffin. I asked for sweet and sour sauce. They said they didn't know what that was. I ended up having to drive ten minutes back because I was not going to let them get away with stealing $8 from me. When I went back to add the sausage and the bacon, they were able to give me sweet and sour sauce. It was kind of a redeeming factor. This is mostly satire, but not really. These events did occur, but I don't know if I'm really that salty about it.

  This place is terrible ! I have given this McDonalds chance after Chance from 5:30 am to 7am . Today it took 20 minutes waiting for Hot Cakes and saugsage , with an iced coffee . Got my food , No syrup , no butter , no fork . My advice , keep driving to the McDonalds in Spanish Fork , the service there is, hands down 1000% better .

  Ordered in the drive through. They handed us the wrong order and looked at us like we were crazy. We ordered an extra drink at the first drive up and paid for it. They sent us to wait in a stall for our food. Still missed a sandwich and the drink we paid extra for. Then went back in and sent out a manager to tell us we didn’t pay for the drink. I showed them the receipt and she said sorry. 20 minutes later and we left without a sandwich and a drink we paid for.

  These guys get our order wrong almost every time. Once I went back to get my drive through drink order fixed after I had made it home and had to go all the way back and I explained the situation and the guy handed me new cups but didn't say a single word to me during the whole interaction. Today they FINALLY got my order right but there was a hair in the middle of my burger. The inside didn't seem very clean when I went in to get my drink order fixed. It just feels like no one here takes any pride in their work. Like I know it's McDonald's but hey if they took pride in their work and became the best McDonald's around that would be a meaningful thing. I feel like such an old person saying that but seriously. They have been so unimpressive. And I'm so grossed out by the hair in the middle of my burger that I don't think I can go back there.

  The people at the window need to have better vocabulary. When they talk to the customers. I went to through the drive-through, and a young man was saying cuss words and calling us slurs, once we went into the store to complain about the wrong order that we had to repeat five times what our order was and they're looking for the burgers under the counter. As they were pitting our order in the bag we saw them picking his nose while giving other people their food which is unsanitary. After we left one the of managers started saying unpleasant comments about us, which is also unacceptable. And they know exactly who we are.
