  i ordered a bacon burger with just ketchup and mayo and this is what I got I drove 30 minutes to get it and I found out that it was completely wrong when I got home

  The service was great even with it being so busy because of National Cheeseburger day. The food tasted amazing, you can tell it is fresh. The fries are the best sonce they are made from actual potatoes, not frozen.

  This was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant ever in my whole entire life. I got a notification that I could go in and pick up my food. When I got there I waited 30 minutes my food still was not ready. I requested my money back and they couldn't give me my money back. They had to give me cash back instead of putting it back on my card. They do not follow through with anything I would never personally recommend this restaurant to anybody

  Ordered on app and it said wait time 20 mins. Waited 30 mins in the lobby. Then it said completed in the app and it wasn’t ready. Waited another 23 mins for them to cook it. Over an hour for a burger. Come on guys!!

  Thought I'd try the Spanish Fork Five Guys out, since I haven't been to this location, or to any FG in a long while. And today they had an online promo for BOGO burgers. I tried the mobile app as well for this order. The experience was horrible all around. I put in my mobile order around 7:50pm, so I could pick up my food on my way home. The app said my food would be ready at 8:07pm. I arrived at the location around 8pm. As I sat and waited, I saw numerous people frustrated with how long it was taking to get their mobile orders. One guy said he's been waiting over an hour. The worker told the guy that they don't start making them until you come up and tell them you're here in the restaurant. What? Why would that be the case? What's the point of mobile order if you have to tell them to start making your food when you get there? Might as well just order in person then. After that guy got his food, I went up and asked about my own order. It was about 8:15 at this point. They said it was 'in progress' and would be up soon. Mind you, I only ordered 2 "Little Cheeseburgers" and nothing else. As I sat and waited, I saw almost every single order that had a milkshake on it have the person picking up their food have to tell the person there was also a milkshake on the order and then they proceeded to have to wait for them to make that as well, after all their food was ready. By the time I got my food, it was about 8:30pm. And they dumped a scoop of fries in my bag as well, even though I did not order any fries. I didn't order fries because I don't particularly like the overcooked fries from FG, but I thought I'd try them as I drove home, eating from the bag. Wow, these things are horrible now. Not only were they overcooked, but they were CAKED in salt. Like, absolutely covered in salt. In no way were these edible. tldr; Service was slow, orders full of mistakes, quality sub-par.
