- MDMarilyn DulongJul 21, 20261.0They are always missing something! I’m super sad this is the nearest Chipotle to my house. Today they were out of white rice and pico. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal but last time they were out of bowls?! The time before that it’s always some protein missing or missing the new cilantro lime sauce. Where is management? Also, staff doesn’t care to make you wait each time even if no one else is there. Each time I’ve been regretting going to this location more and more and might just have to drive to a different location going forward.

The staff was nice, portions reasonable, and they even happily helped me with two gift cards. I’m sure other people have had bad experiences here, but maybe they’re on the up swing??

First, I was thrilled that there wasn't a long line, as I sometimes find in Chipotle locations. From the time I entered I found everything just right. The staff were very helpful and crafted me a delicious chicken bowl, just like I enjoy it. I ate in the dining room, and all the tables were clean, so it was nice to have a choice of where to eat. The food was delicious-fresh, good portions, and just great. The entire experience was just wonderful, and I'm glad I decided to eat there today. I fail to understand why so many have left poor ratings-I found everything above and beyond. Thank you!

They are rude, mess up your orders and have never cared to fix it or help in any way and they wouldn’t answer the phone when I needed them to cancel a mobile order accidentally placed at this location.
