Off the shoulder crop tops exposing their bras, that’s just ridiculous. Management is ridiculous if they are allowing these kinds of clothes to be their dress code. I don’t care how you dress outside of work, but when you’re working I shouldn’t see your bra like it’s normal. Customer service was underwhelming too. Minimal responses, they just sat and stared at us instead of offering samples or conversation. Very disappointing for a place we were so excited to have closer by us.

The colorful display of ice cream flavors behind the glass makes it surprisingly hard to choose, and the sweet smell of fresh waffle cones fills the shop the moment you walk in. The store was clean, bright, and had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to slow down and enjoy the visit. What I enjoy is that the staff was patient while everyone debated flavors and happily offered samples without making anyone feel rushed. My ice cream was generously scooped, and it tasted every bit as good as I remembered. There are plenty of classic favorites, but it's always fun trying one of the seasonal flavors too. This feels like a great place to stop after dinner, celebrate a small milestone, or simply cool off on a hot summer day. Bring someone who says they "just want one scoop" and see how long that lasts. Somehow the menu has a way of convincing you that two scoops is the responsible decision.

Last time I went into Baskin-Robbins, their worker didn’t even know you were supposed to get 2 1/2 scoops with the Banana royal. Tonight we decided just to order three scoops and a one scoop for our kid. The three scoops didn’t even equal out to three scoops, it was maybe two scoops. The one on 12th St. still knows how to give you the accurate scoops for what you’re paying for but the South Ogden location will short you for what you pay.

First they made my ice cream wrong and so when I told them about it, she got mad and threw it in the trash and was yelling at my husband, and then my kids were ordering from the other girl and she was yelling at my kids and being totally rude and out of line. I've never ever dealt with anything like that before. I hope those two get fired very quickly from there because they don't belong working with a public. Just for reference this was Sunday evening, June 14, 2026. I also think it's rude that none of these reviews have responses. I will never go to baskin Robbins again

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
