  Rather bizarre experience. I pulled up to order breakfast and the guy working the drive thru said something, but the speaker was really quiet and I had to lean in close to hear. I start ordering, and I still can’t hear him very well so I’m not sure what he’s asking as I tell him what I want. I noticed as I was going that a large Coke was on my order and it was missing a few things, so I asked about that and was informed that my order was on the screen of the other lane. What?? He assured me he had it and I pulled forward to pay. Turns out the guy is quiet in person too so I didn’t get my receipt because I thought he said they would have it for me, but I think he was asking if I wanted one. I was never asked about what drinks I wanted, and I didn’t think I had ordered meals because he had either not asked about it or it was so quiet I couldn’t hear (and I’m 24 so it’s not like I’m hard of hearing) but after I drove away I noticed two straws in the bag. What??? And they got the order wrong because one sandwich was missing the egg I had asked for. Quiet speakers, wrong screen, wrong food, and I think I paid for drinks that I never got. No idea what on earth happened.

  I waited at the drive thru ordering machine for maybe 10 minutes. Spoke multiple times, and all I got was a single “one moment please”. I can be patient if you’re short-staffed, but I watched three cars at the other machine place their order. Terrible service.

  This is the McDonald's closest to my house, so i frequent it more often than others. McDonald's as a wholes quality, value has gone down significantly over recent years. At other locations, I always have issues with order accuracy. I can't recall having accuracy problems at this location, they always seem to be spot on, so I'll give them that, however, This location is TERRIBLY SLOW. No matter if I eat in, order curbside or drive through; app, kiosk or in person, it is ALWAYS a 15 to 20 minute wait for food, no matter how big or small the order. If I wanted or expected to wait that long for "fast food" I would've gone to one of the other restaurants in the same parking lot, where I could've sat down, had my order taken, been served, and recieved a 10x better/bigger meal for very little more $, with how overpriced McDonald's is now. Getting rid of the BOGO for 1$ takes any "value" that was left away. The dining area of this location is also rarely cleaned, and is usually impossible to find a table to sit at thats not a complete disaster.

  The workers were absolutely rude. I tell them “we were meant to get two of these drinks” and they just rolled their eyes. The man taking the order put so much things that we didn’t even order and then took so long just putting it in!! He asked us to wait a moments understandable, but 6 minutes?! The service was terrible. So many people were lined up to pay, unnecessary!

  This place is gross. It has to be the smelliest, most disgustingly kept McDonald's I've ever seen. I wish I took pictures. They have 2 dining rooms - the main room and another in the back by the PlayPlace, and the whole place smelled like a teenage boy's bedroom. There was garbage all over, food on the floor, people's receipts and number stands all over the place still on the tables. The tables themselves were simply disgusting. None of them - and I mean NONE of them - were clean. Every table had smears of food, crumbs, garbage... Speaking of garbage, the little garbage by the soda machines was OVERFLOWING with trash into the drink area. The napkin dispenser was empty, and they were out of ice. The place wasn't exactly full of people, either. So, it isn't due to any sort of rush.. it's just pure neglect. I could almost guarantee that nothing was sanitized that entire day inside. Pure filth. I felt gross after being inside for a few minutes. On top of all of the above, the crew isn't exactly the friendliest. It's hit and miss. Sometimes they're super nice, and other times they're clearly not happy to be at work. Listen, I don't expect anyone to really truly enjoy working at McDonald's, but there are some people who at least put on a happy face and feel genuine in their interactions throughout the day. This location has a small handful of those types, and the rest are doing the bare minimum, if even that. I won't be back and I don't suggest you go here either.
