  I have no clue why I specifically put a certain number of dipping sauces in my order on the app, we get ZERO every time. Please check the orders for sauces!!!! It’s a Sunday, there’s like no one here, and these employees are not paying attention. It’s really irritating. I order ahead so there’s no issues, but somehow there’s always an issue.

  i ordered a new drink and they didn’t give it to me. i went in w my receipt and they did not give me my drink. they still made me RE PAY for the drink. 8$ for a shitty drink is ridiculous

  Extremely unprofessional customer service. I ordered on the app, paid, and drove to the drive through. There was a paper taped to the speaker saying they were closed due to a power outage. There is no way in the app to cancel the order, and they will not refund me. Terrible experience, terrible management. Marisol, the general manager, has yet to get back to me as well.

  It took 40 minutes for two kids meals, a cheese burger meal and an ice cream. When I went to go check on the food I was ignored the whole time I stood up at the counter. The food came out cold and gross and the ice cream was melty.
