I asked if the could fix it. The response seemed hostile. They asked me what was wrong with it and their tone was unkind. When I explained what was wrong the cashier came over and threw it away and made the new one. Which was great except for the rude glances exchanged between the co-workers. I like Jamba, but probably wouldn't come back to this location.

I especially enjoy coming to the South Jordan location because the staff has always been friendly and welcoming, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Today, Orin recommended the Dream Bowl with waffle pieces, and it was absolutely delicious. It was made to perfection and looked like a piece of art. The presentation was just as impressive as the flavor. Thank you, Orin, for another great Jamba experience! Your recommendation was spot on, and I appreciate the excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back again soon.

I provided my husband’s phone number for the rewards account, but the staff member refused to accept it, saying it wasn’t my account even though my husband was on the phone with me at the time. From the very beginning, the employee was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this behavior from this person it’s actually the second time. If someone does not enjoy working in customer service, they should consider finding a different job. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
