They forgot part of our order, and when my wife called to get it fixed, the manager displayed zero professionalism, refused to provide a customer-focused outcome, and straight-up hung up on her. If the manager can’t even handle a simple missing sauce complaint without throwing a tantrum, they shouldn't be leading a team. Don't bother ordering from here; there are literally 10 other pizza options within a mile that actually understand what customer service means.

Instead, the employee who answered the phone was dismissive, argumentative, and ultimately hung up on me. My husband drove all the way back to the store to pick up the missing sauces, and the staff was just as rude to him. To make matters worse, they were out of the original sauces we had ordered. As he was leaving, an employee sarcastically said, “Oh, it’s on us.” It wasn’t “on you” we had already paid for those sauces in our original order. We simply came back to receive the items we had purchased. The missing sauces were frustrating, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. Good customer service means owning a mistake and treating customers with respect. Instead, we were met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and poor communication. There are several other Domino’s locations in the area, and after this experience, we’ll gladly take our business to one of those stores instead. We’d rather support a location that values its customers and knows how to handle a simple mistake with professionalism and courtesy.
