    I've been going here for years and it's always been okay wait times with great customer service. Todayi placed an order on the app for pickup at 11:32 AM. They tried to make me pay for someone else's meal at the window, and I believe they gave my order to the wine person as it's now 12:05 PM and I'm still waiting for my food. No one has come to talk to me about the wait time, there's a line of cars behind me and they are frustrated. It would have been one thing if they told me and owned to go out, but I see them scrambling in there and no one has come to say a word since I corrected the window clerk and said I had already paid for my pickup order through the app and provided my name again. At the time of writing I'm still waiting for my order.

    This staff are very nice and prompt with their orders. They even served me at my table.

    I have been in there twice in the past couple of weeks and both times I walked out after standing at the counter for several minutes and no one taking my order. On both occasions, I was seen by the employees and ignored except for a brief "I'll be with you in a moment" on the second visit. I waited a few more minutes after that comment, then left after receiving no service.

    Stopped in for a shake and mozzarella sticks. Shake machines were not in operation. When we got the mozzarella sticks. They weren't fully cooked

    Waited at the counter for well over 5 minutes. They cant see you over the counter because of all the stuff that blocks the way but someone should still check. Other than that the food is good and once they see you the service is great. Although they do swear a lot in spanish thinking nobody understands them.
