If there's any issues with your order, they won't help you because "It's DoorDash's problem" but DoorDash won't help because "It's Pizza Hut's problem." Order from literally anywhere else in the world.

- KKkiAug 28, 20261.0Ok I ordered acouple things, accidentally clicked carry out and had to call 4 times and talk to their call center to get to the store to see if I could change to delivery. Then the girl who answered was ridiculously rude and said she couldn’t do it, when I asked why she treated me stupid for even asking so I just came to pick it up. 😂🤷🏻♀️ Then when I pick it up both my pizzas are not what I ordered or missing something.. and the food was just terrible, it was like school lunch pizza. I ended up just eating it cuz the family was hungry and I didn’t have time to sit in 30 minute traffic to complain. So here I am. Def a 0 star for me.

They keep transferring me to the store directly and it rings then to a busy signal. At this point I just want to make sure I am not being charged for pizza I never received. What crappy service all around. DO BETTER, will not order ever again.
