  I am so disappointed and not happy that they have stranger things for their Happy Meals. Stranger things is not a kid show.... My grandson(4 years old) was very disappointed, he said that is a scary show. why do they have it for a happy meal? I told him I have no idea,. Stranger things should never be a happy meal.... He loved the Mario happy meals..... whoever is over happy meals should think before they did stranger things....

  If I were to order something small I can be in and out real quick, but if I make my order slightly larger it can take a while to get food, you pay for what you get here, their system shows that they don't have an open lobby and that causes technical issues on the app, tables are consistently dirty, and it can take a while to get a cashier to help you depending on when you go.

  I generally enjoy my food here ,sometimes service can be slow when it comes to mobile orders but thats only when its super busy. If you have stomach issues and dietary restrictions I dont reccomend coming here it makes me pretty sick ,or you could also order something lighter like their chicken nuggets. The only thing that really gets my stomach to churn is the greasy stuff. But I mean its still delicious and customer service is pretty good. Overall I have really enjoyed my experience here ,even with my sensitive stomach I still find myself coming back.

  Girl at the counter was kind of rude not very receptive got mine and my coworkers order wrong , and we didn’t even receive all of what we payed for some of it which wasn’t even ordered by us just added on because the girl was pretending she heard the order but wasn’t fully there mentally or something

  Rolled through the drive thru at 10:22pm 5/5 Ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal no pic, no must, add Mac-sauce. A filet of fish no tartar, a deluxe Mc-crispy and a mini M&M McFlurry. Order accuracy was 10/10 no mistakes there :3 Speed of service was very good considering the amount of people 9/10 :) Quality of food was very consistent for the franchise, however my Mc-flurry was 75% M&Ms which made my ice cream incredibly crunchy. Hot food 8/10 M&M Mc-flurry 3/10 :( Customer service was lacking in certain areas. Guy taking my order sounded very burned out and devoid of any life whatsoever, and worst of all the girl at the first window (black hair, ponytail, glasses, name embroidered on her sweater) looked liked she’d rather be swimming in the fryer than spending another second taking my payment. Couldn’t be bothered to fein even the slightest smile or even turn off the RBF for the brief interaction and looked visibly displeased. Customer service is one of the most important parts of developing a positive relationship with your customers and directly connects to the success of the business. Doesn’t matter how late it is or close to close it is, if the people given the customer service positions are giving off tired and super negative energy I’ll take my money somewhere that’ll be more happy to take it.
