Jersey Mikes and Firehouse Subs fail me, but not JJ! Other sandwich drive-thrus are very slow, waiting 20 minutes without many cars in line. JJ is exactly as advertised: Freaky Fast. That’s why I’ll keep coming back.

Spicy East Coast Italian with some jalapeño ranch! Now we're talking! Good sandwiches and good staff! You can buy loaves of bread and hide them under your pillow for secret eating. Don't let the kids find it! Mine haven't yet, but if they do, I'll probably have to hide them somewhere else. I usually hide stuff in the lawn mower grass bag because my kids haven't worked a day in their lives, and I doubt they'll ever look there. I do everything for them. You would think they could do something as simple as pick up the string cheese wrapper off the ground or clean their rooms. At least I can enjoy these sandwiches while they're at school. Thank you Jimmy..

Ordered Jimmy John's for a catering event. I scheduled the pick up time for 10 am. The day of the event I looked online and saw the store didn't open until 11 am. I was initially very panicked about my food not being ready. When I showed up at 10 am, my food was ready and I was greeted by very friendly employees. I was so impressed by how chatty they were and how helpful they were.

Every time I come in, there is something so ridiculous, the only reason I keep coming back is because my wife likes the sandwiches. However, after today, she stated we dont have to come back. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Today, the employee stated the reason he couldnt help me was because it is "a corporate issue", so I hope they see this.
Jimmy Johns employees are prohibited from toasting "any sub". They are only allowed to toast "favorites" or you can choose from one of the "toasted sandwiches".
Seriously? You know how ridiculous the employee sounded when he told me this? Why are they "prohibited"? How are they enforcing this? Its so ridiculous, I had to write a review about it.
I ended up cancelling my order and going to Subway to get any sub I wanted, the way I wanted.
Thats another thing. Ive asked them to add Mayo to one of my kids sandwiches one time as I ordered through the drive thru, nope, cant do it. Best they could do was offer free mayo packets. God forbid they spread some mayo on my kids sandwich so I dont have to try and make a sandwich in the car while im driving. They will however, offer to upcharge you for cheese if its not already included on the sandwhich, but nope, cant upcharge for the mayo, or put it on for free, only the little packets.
Ridiculous.

We placed a delivery order and received a notification that it was out for delivery. Since we live close to the store, we expected it fairly quickly but after 30 minutes, nothing had arrived. I called to check on the status, and the employee told me it had already been delivered and was on our porch. We double-checked right away and there was no delivery.
When I explained this, she simply responded, “I’m sorry it got stolen off your porch,” which didn’t make sense given that we had been actively watching and had video confirming nothing was dropped off. There was no real effort to investigate or resolve the issue, just a statement that they were closed and she said "the best I can do is give a refund".
I understand that employees are often ready to head home at closing time, but this situation felt mishandled. A little more accountability and customer care would have gone a long way, especially since it seems likely the order was delivered to the wrong address.
We order from here regularly—at least a couple of times a month—but this experience was disappointing enough that we’ll likely consider other options moving forward.
