  My absolute favorite morning stop! Einstein Bros. Bagels bakes their bagels fresh every single morning, and you can absolutely taste the difference. The everything bagel has the perfect amount of savory garlic and onion flakes, and they are always incredibly generous with their shmear. Service is fast, making it the perfect convenience stop when I need a reliable breakfast on a busy morning. Highly recommend! Blanca was very helpful with helping me find what I wanted to eat!

  Great customer service! I always have a great experience at the drive through. When ever something goes wrong in an order they more than happy to fix it for me which I really appreciate. Everyone who served me in the past has been really freindly. The food is also pretty good 👍 I highly recommend coming here.

  I am very saddened about our Einstein Bagel in Saratoga Springs, Utah. I wanted to like them as there are no bagel stores close. Beware when going to this location. Cross contamination is everywhere. I’ve given them three months to correct how they handle wearing gloves, touching food with these gloves and then touching money or card reader. They never change gloves. Very sad!!

  You like bagels? I like bagels! My wife and kids too! They have almost every bagel you could imagine. Just be careful which schmear you put on which bagel. Onion and chive on cinnamon, no bueño. I guess I could give it to the dog, but he's been having g.i. issues since his surgery. I don't know if I can afford to put him at risk again. Anyway, good bagel, good people.

  Stopped by the drive thru to order bagels. Three plain bagels — unsliced with nothing on them. Pulled around and…waited. And waited. And waited. And waited some more! And even longer!! Then, to add insult to injury jury, I tapped my phone to pay and when the tip screen appeared the woman who was at the window held the tablet in my face for another couple of minutes, demanding, it seemed, a tip!! Ridiculous!! Not sure whether the unreasonably long wait in the drive thru is just a symptom of the horrid service at Saratoga Springs, not to mention the rudeness of trying to force a gratuity, but I probably won’t be back to find out!! Follow up: You’ll note a response from the owner. He asks me to use the contact link to discuss things further. Problem is the contact link doesn’t allow me to respond!! Imagine that!!
