    I’ve been there twice. First time they gave me a ton of ice. I’m like ok that’s stupid but next time I’ll say very little ice. Second time This is what I get in the picture. Ice nearly to the top. All I paid for is ice and got very little drink. Sure maybe the people like that but I don’t. I think it’s dishonest and cheap of the company to do this. They aren’t giving me any product for what I pay for. If I ever go again I’ll ask for no ice.

    This is only my second time going to Dutch Bros and I won't go back! Their system for taking orders was chaotic. There was a very long line and people who came after others got their orders first. After three cars who came after me got their orders taken, I made a comment about it, I was told not come back. When I got to the window and asked for a manager, the shift manager told me I shouldn't have said anything because the person who told me not to come back was the wife of the manager. And then she proceeded to tell me also not to come back. As someone who has been in a customer service industry for many years, this was a fail at all levels. Why couldn't they just acknowledge their system is flawed and make a simple apology. For most customer disputes, they just want an acknowledgement but Dutch Bros employees chose to be rude and simply put, mean. I will not be spending my hard earned money at a company who doesn't value and appreciate the very customers who are paying their wages and keeping them in business. I would hope others would reconsider whether they want to spend their money there as well where your business is not valued and you are not treated as a person but rather an annoyance to endure. Shame on you Dutch Bros!!
