  This location is a joke. The teenagers act like they’re being tortured taking your order and have zero sense of how to act in front of customers. They’re almost always out of food and they’re gotten my order wrong many times.

  I don’t ever leave comments, but honestly having this happen so many times is actually so frustrating. Every time I get a kids meal they one either make it a quesadilla (which I cannot have dairy) so it’s inconvenient, or two they forget the chips , or a whole side that goes with it. Luckily they will reimburse me a new order because of the app, but when I am already home, I don’t wanna pack back up again to go get it. I understand mistakes happen but this is a constant thing that happens in the mobile drive through

  Dirty, not enough people only 2 serving during lunch time. Dinning room really could use table cleaning, floors dirty, an employee was taking temperature using a really dirty rag to clean the probe. No guac, no fajitas, no steak, no coming back to this chipotle. Kudos to the two girls taking care of the long line.

  There is a big tall dude that is so slow and can’t do skirting I literally saw him just standing there doing anything the service is good but not his we waited 20 more minutes than what we were actually supposed to wait and there was not that many people Ordering so in my opinion he should not work there but is just my experience.

  The Mexican girl that was working tonight had the worst customer service I have ever seen. She bluntly with a straight face said what do you want. And after I would tell her she would just stare and me and if she said anything it was so quiet you couldn’t even hear and I would ask her to repeat herself multiple times and she was just rude. I asked her for a side of sauce and she said ok and then never got me any I had to ask the guy ringing me up for it and that’s when he told me they were out. I’m just disappointed in the people that get hired and aren’t trained to be nice. It’s not that hard to smile and show customers some respect. I get it if she was having a rough day but I work in a sales job and no matter what I am always bubbly and keep my business outside of the workplace. If I ever see her again I would like someone else to help me because I was incredibly nice to her and she just made me feel stupid for everything I was asking. This location needs to do better with customer service overall. Every time I come here I feel like the workers are just not happy to be there which I probably wouldn’t wanna be either but hello? Be freaking nice!
