  This store is the worst! They always get the orders wrong. Always missing items but still charge you for them.

  I’ve never had a worse experience. 1. The customer service was atrocious. They wouldn’t let me order a quesadilla unless it was from the app. When the app didn’t work, i asked if I could order it in person and I was given bad looks, bad attitude and treated very poorly. When the quesadilla did come, the cheese wasn’t melted at all. I had to go back and ask for it to be done again, and the manager began to mutter angrily under his breath. When they brought it out the second time, they dropped it in front of me, like it was a huge issue for them. 2. BEFORE this, I ordered a burrito bowl. They gave me half the amount of the normal guac I usually get because the guac was empty. I said I’d wait until the new batch was ready and the kid/manager literally argued with me saying that was the normal amount. It was a lie. But whatever. The main point was he was condescending and extremely rude. 3. When dinner was done, we had to stuff our trash into the trash bin because it clearly hadn’t been taken out in quite some time and was overflowing. Also, 2 patrons who I sat next to saw this whole thing happen and were just as confused as I was. Worse of all, the food sucked. It’s the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I love chipotle - pretty disappointing to he treated this way and to pay $30 for a sub par meal. UPDATE: The owner responded and said the same generic thing he says to everybody else. I went to the link that he provided, chipotle does nothing to handle this. They just sent an apology email and that’s it. In other words, the owner and chipotle are doing absolutely nothing to fix this. Nobody’s getting disciplined, nobody’s getting better trained, nobody’s getting fired. Nothing. This location will continue To be terrible. The only thing we can do is stop going. Everyone stop going. They don’t care about how they treat you and they don’t care about the food quality and they definitely don’t care about fixing the problem.

  They need to treat the customers better and when i asked to take out they just gave me the top to do it there self and they only give you small portions and they barely had stuff

  Genuinely the WORST chipotle i have ever been to in my whole life I have never seen smaller portions I’ve been 4 times now and every time it has been the worst experience I have ever seen I always see those videos talking about skimming food but this place seriously skimmed so bad I didn’t even care to eat my food. Something needs to change please chipotle.

  My boyfriend and I are huge Chipotle fans and probably eat there more often than we should. We come to this location quite often and usually don’t have any issues. However, today’s experience was very disappointing. The person who seemed to be in charge was speaking to the employees in a very rude and hostile manner, repeatedly barking orders at them in front of customers. When she started preparing our food, she literally threw the rice onto the table, making a mess and making it much harder for the next employee to prepare the food. I also noticed that her appearance seemed somewhat unprofessional, particularly the amount of makeup she was wearing, although my main concern is how she treated both her coworkers and customers. Employees deserve to be treated respectfully, and customers shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable because of someone’s attitude. I’m not trying to cause problems for anyone, but I felt management should be made aware of what happened because this is not the kind of experience I would expect from Chipotle.
