- NNNatalia1 day ago1.0At this point, I’m convinced this location thinks steak is a seasonal item. Every single time I come here, they’re out of steak. Not occasionally—literally every time. I’ve filed multiple complaints with corporate and through the app, and apparently they disappear into a black hole because absolutely nothing changes. If you advertise steak, maybe try having steak. Save yourself the trip if that’s what you’re planning to order. This location has turned “Sorry, we’re out of steak” into its signature menu item. Honestly, if this is the level of management they’re comfortable with, they might as well close the place and stop wasting everyone’s time.

After she wrapped up my burrito and gave it to us, she rolled her eyes again, sighed, and stormed off. If requesting extra meat for the half serving she initially provided was going to cause such a commotion, we would have gone elsewhere. Chipotle truly lives up to the constant disappointment

At open, no food was ready, and it was at least 30 minutes from being serviceable. Stopped in at 1:30 to get food for the road. Once again almost nothing prepared. Only chicken and brown rice. First world problem but a problem none the less. Just close up if you aren’t going to serve the food advertised.

Dirty pots, dirty counters, dirty floors. Meats are chewy. Wait times are long. I really want Chipotle but I can’t stomach the experience… Wish a manager could come in and clean up the experience and bring this store to the level Chipotle ought to be at.
