She was hustling and ready to serve guests from the heart. Also the dinning room smelt like feet and there were so many flies.

My toddler is obsessed with the hash browns, so we’ve been regular customers for a long time. Unfortunately, the last few months of getting breakfast at this location have been consistently disappointing. The hash browns and chicken minis have repeatedly tasted old, mushy, or like they’ve been sitting for a while, and the iced coffee honestly tastes like watered-down bean juice. When I’ve politely asked for food to be remade because of the quality, I’ve been met with attitude rather than the level of customer service I’ve always associated with Chick-fil-A. The biggest issue for me has been the store manager, Moria. She has been extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during my interactions with her. This also doesn’t seem to be an isolated experience. I’ve had multiple friends and family members who regularly visit this location independently mention having similar experiences with her. Considering Chick-fil-A’s reputation for customer service and the standards they typically seem to hold their leadership to, I genuinely don’t understand how someone who consistently interacts with customers this way is in a store management position. I’ve also noticed a noticeable difference in the atmosphere when Moria is working in the mornings. The morning staff tends to come across as sassy, defensive, and unapproachable. In contrast, we’ve generally had great experiences with the lunch staff, so I don’t think this is an issue with the entire location or team. It’s really disappointing because Saratoga Springs was so excited to finally have a Chick-fil-A nearby. We were too. At this point, though, I would rather drive to the American Fork location for better food and a much better customer service experience.
