- ARAshley Rosin6 days ago2.0Every other time I go through the Drive-through and I order an original iced coffee, they give me a vanilla iced coffee. It’s super frustrating because it’s hard to go back and ask for the right one. Please, train your employees to make the right coffees.

The food is always hot and fresh and the crew seem to like what they are doing.

I ate only about 1/3 of it, and planned to finish the rest later that day. Well, within 2 hours I became very sick, starting with horrific abdominal cramps, and for the past 5 days I have been so ill with stomach cramps, and unable to keep food or drink in me. 5 DAYS, and I’m still not 100%. Just drinking sips of water has been extremely painful to my stomach. I am so disappointed. We are big spenders at Chicfila because it’s my kids favorite place to eat, but after this horrendous experience of food poisoning we will not be back. If you have been to this specific Chicfila or plan to go please be careful!
