    Manager rang me up. Was unwelcoming, curt in his communication, and literally dropped my receipt and moved away from the register as I was reaching to take it from him. I guess my status as customer couldn't get him to give me the time. This place is in shambles. Plenty of workers, not one leader in the bunch. Couldn't be more unimpressed and disappointed. At least the service staff were delightful. Only saving grace today!

    Some one fixed my last issue with location so I thought I would give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN! When processing my card their machine said approved. The charge was taken out of my account. Then the useless shift manager said it didn't go thru. I say useless because he was. Stood there mumbling something I could barely understand about the is no way he could look into it. No one he could ask. He's shift manager there is someone above him for sure. The is no way I will pay double for already high priced food. I called my bank and they said the charge did infact go through. I disputed it right then. Absolutely worthless management. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

    I was very well served from a customer service standpoint tonight. I also appreciate the transparency of being able to see most of the kitchen operations from the dining room. The only comment I have is that the bread on the reuben might have been a little better toasted. Overall a great sandwich and great customer service.
