    So grateful that Kat was there for my first Arby's experience! I'd never been before, but stopped here during a roadtrip with my kids. Kat was so sweet and accommodating, even with my kids being spicy after being trapped in the car. She was incredibly patient and helpful even with my 3-year-old was in a "nothing was right mood," and managed to successfully redirect him even when I couldn't! Good food, exceptional service!

    rby's with a side of food poisoning? Yum! I've been going to Arby's, regularly, for most of my life. I've always ordered roast beef, sometimes it's thicker or thinner, sometimes more cooked or less. This time, my meat was stiff, thin, transparent, and slimy somehow all at the same time. The dude w the glasses and extremely patch face fuzz who made me repeat my order 3 times, who seemed sarcastic on top of it all, made me feel like if I went in to complain, he'd be the type to spit on the next attempt at a complaint order, so I didn't take it in, but for reference, this was about 10 min ago. I'm hoping the owner will reach out, and they'd better hope my daughter doesn't get sick, bc she took 2 bites before I had even a chance to see mine. Both roast beef sandwiches we ordered has the same issue. They'd better not try to tell me it's fine, bc not only so I know what I expect at Arby's, I also have been servsafe certified. I am looking for some serious "make this right" response to this review.

    Manager rang me up. Was unwelcoming, curt in his communication, and literally dropped my receipt and moved away from the register as I was reaching to take it from him. I guess my status as customer couldn't get him to give me the time. This place is in shambles. Plenty of workers, not one leader in the bunch. Couldn't be more unimpressed and disappointed. At least the service staff were delightful. Only saving grace today!
