  Hey McDonald's not to be mean but my order tonight was pretty bad I asked for 3 extra kid meal fries and paid for them but only got 1 for the kids meals I didn't get the extras I paid for. Then my chicken nuggets were completely cold/soggy it's kinda sad that these 16+ can't make new nuggets for some food now I work at a restaurant and I'm 15 I got taught in food class that for orders u must make new stuff. Please do better at your job!!!!

  Terrible dine in experience. I order at the kiosk with my mobile app, got two mc chickens , 2 med fries , and a 20 piece chicken nuggets. They refused to do dine in order so even if you’re planning on eating at the restaurant , it’s considered a takeout order that they put in a bag. They put my order under the mobile order window instead of calling my name or order number and going unnoticed, it sat there for idk how long. The chicken nuggets were terrible, they were so dry, it seemed like they had sat there all day. Fries were half soggy, half dry. The mc chained were decent. My husband also had to use the bathroom but they were out of toilet paper. He asked the employees to get some and they never did. Another man actually overheard us talking about the situation and told me he had also asked and they pretty much ignored him as well. The staff are no where to be found. You sit around at the register awkwardly just hoping one of them sees you there and you have to yell into the kitchen to get someone. The lack of care I. The food and customer service is really sad. I get it’s a McDonald’s and no one’s expectations are high for them anymore but this was just pathetic. I would never want to come back to this specific location. Do better

  Genuinely useless staff. I cannot believe how many incompetent people are allowed to work under roof. Ronald McDonald’s clown operation. This location sincerely should not be allowed to operate. There is no way the staff is capable of safely operating it behind the scenes. I’m serious. This place needs to be looked into.

  Went through the drive through and ordered 3 big breakfast with hot cakes, pulling up to the window the kid couldn’t do the math when I paid cash. He didn’t know how to put the numbers in the till so he asked me if I minded using my credit card. After that exchange they got the order wrong, and then didn’t give me our full order. There is no management supervision and the employees all seem to be frustrated at the fact they are at work. Do better guys.

  I was handed a medium coke instead of a small, I was grateful because it’s been a long day. Food was fresh and delicious. Be sure to order ketchup before they slam the window in ya face tho. Other than that I’d give it a 10!
