  I only have one problem, the outlets are never on. They say it’s on a timer which I know it’s out of their control and I’m not going to be rude. I just think if you have free WiFi and all these other electronic devices you should be able to keep the outlets on so customers can charge their devices.

  The cashiers are very rude and the customer service is not good and when we ask for fresh food they just ignore us and they don’t care. And they don’t clean there bathroom

  Bad customer service except Juan and one other person And the manager are always talking bad about us and customers service is really bad they would change anything on our order and made us pay and really mean people and it’s not clean

  I put one star but if I didn’t have to I wouldn’t even rate a star. Horrible service. Everytime I go I think that the service would get better but I swear it gets worse. Employees just look at you like you’re stupid and won’t even bother helping you. Even with a lobby full of people needing help. They play on their phones and don’t care. There is only 1 person there that is super amazing (not trying to be racist or anything) but she’s an African American looking lady (don’t know her name) but she’s the only employee who sees customers needing help and is ontop of it. Other then that the service sucks, the food isn’t cooked very well, I’ve received cheeseburgers with no patties just bread and cheese, when I order a certain drink they give me the opposite and then get attitude when I say it’s not the correct one. When I do DoorDash orders from there and the customers food is done and I get a message saying it’s done, I’m still waiting on someone to give me the order they just stare at me and walk the other way even when I am almost behind the counter or making eye contact with the employees. Do better McDonald’s. Needless to say I rather drive out of my way to any other McDonald’s around.

  Went through the drive through and didn’t get us any sauces we ordered or any napkins. We asked for extra everything on a cheeseburger and the only thing that was on it was ketchup and mustard. No pickles or onions. Really disappointed with this location
