I fell in love with their breakfast bagel sandwiches, especially the apple cinnamon bagel. They have specials daily. Must try.

I waited at the drive through window for 7 minutes-no service. Literally am the only customer. So I end up going into the store. Unfriendly staff. Crunchy bagels that were apparently just baked. We go to a different Einstein location at least monthly and I can honestly say I’ve NEVER had a crunchy bagel there let alone 13 of them. Will never return to this location, we’ve given them 3 tries now hoping they would improve with time. Sadly will have to keep driving to Orem for bagels.

Came here for the first time ever excited to try it! Tried to order at the drive thru but the speakers don’t work so I pulled forward and sat at the window for at least 5 mins until someone came to take my order. When the lady came to the window she took her vape out of her mouth and started taking my order and wasn’t very nice. Honestly don’t think I’ll be back.

Probably the most bizarre and off putting Eating experience I’ve ever had. Walked in and immediately had doubts about how sanitary things were. Service was weird, they were nervous and unhappy to have customers it seemed like. Then they didn’t know where things were on the menu and when we got the food it was clear they also didn’t know how to assemble it. The eggs were watery and cold and had obviously been sitting around for way too long. The nova lox was unrecognizable from what it should have been. While we sat and waited for our food the manager went and locked the front door with us and several other people inside (it was 4 hours before closing and he used the same gloved hands that he was assembling our food with while doing so) and when other customers walked up to the front door and found it locked they were confused due to the fact that other customers were clearly sat inside so they walked around the the gas station entrance and tried to enter Einstein from that side they were turned away by staff. We unfortunately took one bite of our food and threw it away because it was so bad. Honestly should’ve known from the fact that it was in a gas station- but Einsteins has never been a sketchy or dirty place in the past so I had higher hopes. Hopefully this is no one’s first time visiting Einstein bagels because if it was mine I would never visit another one again. Don’t go here, just let it shut down in peace.
