  I normally dont leave a review unless there good. However this was a well earned bad post. Went through drive through on my way home. When I ordered the food at the window I asked for my blizzards to have lids. When I got to the window the employee hander them to me without lids. He asked me what I had. I told him my blizzards. He went to hand them to me . I got one of two . I asked again for lids. He said hold on and closed the window leaving me holding one of the blizzards. When he came back I asked again for lids. He shoved a lid so hard on it that the spoon snapped. Didn't offer to remake it and handed it to me with it ice-cream running in clumps down the sides. I asked him for a napkin. I had ice-cream in my hand and he sets the napkins in my hand and says here. I said this is a bit ridiculous this evening. He said he was alone. I saw 5 other employees back there to. He said it was his first time at the window. But ok still. Customer service not rudeness. Got home and my daughter's blizzard is not what I ordered and I had to throw mine out because the broken spook actually had small plastic piece mixed in and I was scared to eat it at that point. What if that would of been for a child. The plastic would of been so dangerous. Let's just say it was a bad experience and a waste of money. They should or remade the blizzard instead of handing me a new spoon. I have 25 years in customer service including restaurant and tonight on all accounts were uncalled for. I also ordered ranch with my food . Had to ask again for it as well. Was handed it with nothing but attitude. Thanks DQ for the experience.

  Me and my work buddy went and got lunch and the older lady up front was the nicest person ever! Very good customer service, we got it to go and she brought it out to us, our food was hot and SO GOOD! Also their shakes were so good! I don’t usually write reviews but thought I should share.

  The employees were extremely rude to my friends and I and ruined our food and wouldn't replace it

  On my way from Provo to go south to meet family and decided to stop. Went through the drive through and sat there for 20 minutes only getting 2 burger meals, a salad and a kids meal. They forgot my fries for the 2 burger meals so I ran in to see if they had them sitting around. As they went to hurry and get them made the grump lady was in the back calling me a lair… as the gentleman that helped me in the drive through said I did forget his fries, she insisted she put them in the bag and continued to call me a liar. Worst customer service I have ever had. I’d stay away from this DQ.
