  I ordered a double cheeseburger and they charged me for a single I had to go up to the front to pay for another one. The only put chili on half of my footlong coney. I had to ask for more and it took awhile to get the food. So long that I had to click the red button a 2nd time. Poorly managed, wouldn’t recommend.

  yet another billion dollar corporation that is so concerned over pinching pennies that they can't maintain a simple 50 cent corn dog deal which is like the only affordable option for impoverished people like me. i know it costs you next to nothing to make, and i know the greedy shareholders make more in a month than i make in a year. you'd probably make a lot more revenue as a company if you actually invested in your customers instead of your own wallet

  This is probabaly the worst sonic in the valley staffed by teenagers who have attitude. And since when is the foot long option two separate hot dogs? Was cold to the touch and the bread was beyond old. Nasty!

  I’m not someone who typically leaves 1 star reviews. But wow. We have only gone here a handful of times over the years and it was just fine, unremarkable. However today was quite notable, in the bad way. Awful experience trying to use a birthday coupon for a free small shake. First we were rudely told that doesn’t exist, got out of car and showed live email showing it does, then abruptly told it has to be redeemed online (no where says that), then eventually the poor kid cashier gets sent out and tells us “we can’t do it”. Wasted 10 minutes and ordered no food, won’t be coming back, ever. Not a huge loss but jeez louise, frustrating experience and a one star review gained.
