Service was below average didn’t get checked on once. Steak tasted like it was microwaved and all you could taste is the blood. Overall horrible experience don’t recommend coming to this location!

The service was absolutely terrible, and the food was very disappointing. When we arrived, the server brought us bread with a spread, but we weren’t even given utensils. I ordered a steak that was supposed to come with blue cheese and bacon, as clearly stated on the menu, but my steak arrived without either one. On top of that, the flavor of the steak was nothing special. My husband’s steak was actually good, but the mashed potatoes that came with it were absolutely horrible. I also ordered a salad, which arrived before the main course. And here’s the unbelievable part: after we had already been sitting there for almost 30 minutes, we still didn’t have any utensils to eat our food. Overall, the service was terrible, the food was disappointing, and the entire experience was extremely frustrating. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. Zero out of 10. Very disappointing experience.

I remembered I had a gift card and took this for payment. When I went to get the food they told me that since I was paying with a gift card I didn’t qualify for the free blooming onion. Not sure if this is the actual policy or not, but regardless, very poor customer service and experience giving Outback a try again. I probably won’t go back.

Our drinks came out on time (always a good thing). Then everything kinda went South... Our waitress was nice when we got there but slowly digressed the rest of the service. It could be that they were under staffed and she had a lot on her plate, but she never mentioned it. I did pay with gift cards so i can understand her frustration with that but the restaurant was not that busy... I did only have a $100 bill so I needed change to finish out her tip. It seemed like a huge deal to get the change. I still tipped 20% plus but in hind site kinda feel like the $2+ left on the gift card would have been justified... Now to the food. I ordered the filet and lobster and my granddaughter got a chicken pasta dish along with a blooming onion and a shared wedge salad (delicious). The onion was delicious and my granddaughter's pasta was good but my steak was far from a filet. It looked more like a sirloin. It was not good. I would not be leaving this review if the waitress had given even a little appreciation when we were checking out and leaving a tip. That is usually when they are the nicest. I used to go there twice a week when I lived closer but now I am not sure I will visit that location again.
