  It has been a while since we've been to this location and I was shocked at how much it has deteriorated since we were last here. But it wasn't just the building. It was the food and prices. Both of us ordered steaks and the cook just doesn't know what they're doing. The steaks were dry, mushy, and flavorless. I got the lobster also and it was the smallest tail I've ever eaten. Two bites. Literally. Overall the food quality from the fries, to the salad, to the steaks, was just weak. Nothing like we used to experience here. And to pay over $100 for the food we got? Never again. It's very consistent with this problem we see where big successful chains eventually succumb to trying to squeeze away quality in the name of profits. Well, we won't be back.

  We were honestly unsure if this restaurant was even open when we first pulled into the parking lot. The exterior, landscaping, and overall appearance looked very neglected and gave the impression that the building had been vacant for quite some time. There were a few cars outside, so we decided to give it a try anyway. Once inside, the service was actually good and the staff were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. We ordered the onion petals appetizer and it was mostly fried batter crumbs with very little actual onion, which was pretty disappointing. Our other items were not anything to write home about. We ordered both mild and medium kookaburra wings and when I asked which one was which, the waitress said there was not a difference between the two, which I agree with. I could not figure out which one was supposed to be mild and which one was supposed to be medium. Although they did taste slightly different. Overall, the experience was just mediocre and not somewhere we would likely choose to return to unless we had no other options.

  Disappointing experience – felt invisible！！！ The food and the atmosphere here are actually quite good, but the service was non-existent. Our server was friendly and chatting with every table around us, yet completely ignored us the entire night. Beyond taking our initial order, she never once checked on us. I eventually had to go to the front desk just to find her so we could pay the bill. To top it off, when we asked for boxes, she just tossed them onto our table and immediately turned back to laugh and joke with the table behind us. It’s a shame that such poor service ruined the meal. We won't be coming back.

  We felt extremely rushed by our server and she had a bad attitude. Steak was good, but all other food was low quality, dry and tasteless. Also do they not give you the complimentary brown bread anymore? We didn’t get any. Won’t be back, really put a damper on a celebratory night

  Me and my husband came here today 04/27/26 for our eight year anniversary, it was our first time ever going to outback, we ordered the blooming onion ( also our first one! ) a steak sandwich and chicken with sweet potato , the food was amazing and our waiter was super nice and responsive we never had to call him over he was on it overall we had a good experience and feel the food and service was worth the money , thank you
