  Our mobile order was incomplete when they handed it to us. Had to double check and we were missing nuggets and sauce. They gave it to us and we took it home to eat. Fries were not fresh. And there was a tag in my son’s burger! He noticed it halfway through it. It is absolutely disgusting to find something like this in your food that you are in the middle of eating! I drove back and spoke with the manager who said they will do better and pay more attention. Yet they can’t even get my order right, I seriously doubt it. This place doesn’t care. I got a refund and was offered coupons. I said no. I am never coming back to this location. Stay away if you don’t want to eat contaminated food. Edit: replying to McDonald’s message: No, you don’t care. There’s clearly been many complaints and nothing has changed. Instead you give me a cookie cutter message and a link for feedback that requires the receipt which was already tossed. You know I’m not gonna fill out your form and you know you won’t make any changes.

  You never get your food at the drive thru window. It's never ready and they always make you park and wait. If I wanted that, I'd go to Sonic where the food is better.

  When it comes to getting your food fast this location is absolute garbage. We always have to wait or pull to a parking spot or the next window because they don’t have our food ready. It doesn’t matter if you order in advance you still have to wait 5-15 minutes. I hate that this location that’s the closest is so slow to get the food out.

  I know it's silly to review a fast food place like mcdonalds but man, this location is awful. McDonald's as a whole has been steadily decreasing quality while massively inflating prices, but when you combine that with $5-10 worth of missing items in your order every single time, why am I even coming here?
