Very good McDonald's. The drive thru is always very fast, I've been probably 100 times and they've never messed my order up, the tea always tastes about right, which is often not the case at other locations, and this is one of the McDonaldses that doesn't charge you when you add lettuce to your burger, which I appreciate

Food poisoning from this location this morning. Breakfast burrito and Hashbrown. Within 30 minutes of eating, I had severe stomach pain, throwing up everything, body sweats, and chills. After 6 hours, I'm feeling better. Management please look into this!🤢

The employees at this location are apparently trained to never bring orders to the table, even though the app gives that option and all the tables have numbers. Instead they call your name out to the restaurant telling everyone it's a table order, and yelling the table number. So clearly they are aware of what you wanted to happen, but the manager would rather have the employees spend 30 to 60 seconds yelling out your order than spending 10 to 20 seconds to just take it to the table. Like a big middle finger to what you asked for. First time it happened to me was on a saturday at breakfast and I waited in the kids area (very loud) while my kids played, for about 25 minutes. And when I went to find out what was going on, they said they had called it out like 10 minutes ago, and they don't take the orders to tables. Hmm. And how was I supposed to know that? They didn't really care. Tonight the overhead music they played was a bunch of mexican pop music (very mid, very blah, and after the first song or two it just all sounds like annoying noise). I speak Spanish and there is plenty of Mexican music I like, but this wasn't it. And this is not unusual at this location, even though there were zero Hispanic customers in the restaurant (the whole time I was here), and the only worker I interacted with seemed more likely to be a child of the corn than a spanish speaker. So I assume the manager or someone in the back just plays whatever they want. That one worker was very nice, but again, why do they train him to NOT take table orders to the table? They should turn off the function in the app if they aren't gonna do it anyways. And did I mention slow? It took like fifteen minutes to get an order consisting of only a single McApple pie (nothing else in that order). This is the slowest McDonald's I know of--whether the restaurant is busy or empty. And even though the app lets you choose to get your fries with extra salt (since McDonald's doesn't use as much as they used to) this is the only McDonald's I go to where they consistently never get it right when I order extra. One time they put a salt packet in my bag, which is better than nothing (but still not what I ordered) again feeling like a middle finger from management--like "yeah we know what you want, but this is what we're gonna do instead" But most other times like tonight the fries come out so plain that it's almost like they think I am saying no salt, when I ask for extra. And the drink was missing on the kids meal. It's rare they ever get my entire order correct, and my orders aren't even very large. Will I come back here? Yes. Yes I will. It's close to my house. But a lot of times I drive further to other locations to avoid this one. I don't love leaving negative reviews, but after several years of the same issues, I just hope they would take these reviews into consideration and realize that even those of us who are regulars are not super pleased with how things are going.

This was easily one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and the level of professionalism was honestly embarrassing. I ordered two $5 meals, and somehow we were left waiting 20+ minutes while other customers who ordered AFTER us were getting their food. The crazy part is that the chicken nuggets, fries, drinks, and McFlurry from our order eventually came out, but we were STILL waiting on the cheeseburgers. We watched other customers receive their cheeseburgers while we were sitting there wondering where ours were. And it wasn’t like we just sat there complaining I had to get up and go to the counter THREE separate times just to ask about our missing food. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly go to the counter to remind employees about an order that I already paid for. Eventually, the entire order took around 25 minutes to come out. For a fast-food restaurant, that is completely ridiculous. And then it got even worse. One of the employees was on her phone while on the clock, and what really bothered me was watching her go from touching her phone to handling the food. That was extremely concerning and made me question the hygiene practices at this location. I shouldn’t have to wonder whether someone washed or sanitized their hands after touching their phone before handling food. The service was slow, disorganized, and honestly seemed like nobody cared that customers were waiting. Other people were getting their food while we were still sitting there waiting for something as basic as a cheeseburger. 25 minutes. Three trips to the counter. Missing food. Employees on their phones. And questionable food-handling practices. This location seriously needs to get it together. If management is reading this, please address the customer service, organization, wait times, and food-handling practices because this experience was absolutely ridiculous.
