  So, we went to Jamba Juice yesterday. It was a long line - not sure why (in hindsight, probably due to certain people). When we got to the drive-through order area, we started to order and she cut us off and said, "Give me a minute!" We waited patiently, made sure our order was ready for when she picked up again. When she picked up again, the lady spoke very rushed and it was as if she had her headset around her neck - we couldn't hear her basically at all. I stated that. I tried to order - 1 Large Carribean Passion, 1 Large Strawberry something-or-other, both with no sorbet or otherwise added sugar (we've done this before at this exact location and been pleased, hence why we came back). She immediately snapped back, "All of it has added sugar, the juice, the sorbet..." "Okay, let's just do it without the sorbet." After we drove forward, I looked at my wife and she, too, was super confused at how rude/sassy this lady was. It doesn't end there! We got the drinks (I say drinks because they were basically liquid - which is confusing in itself... if they are so rushed/busy, why did our drinks have time to sit out and melt... it seemed like they made ours out of order and let it sit out...). We paid. As we drank the Carribean Passion, both of us tasted something gross in it. I asked my wife because it tasted weird and she said she also tasted something weird - unfortunately we had already given the drinks to our children, first. It was distinctly different. After us both agreeing, we threw the rest out. Here we are today... my wife and 1 year old son are both sick with diarrhea. I felt the "coincindence" of this was WAY too low (the sassy/rude behavior, the making the drink out of order, the gross accent to the taste that was atypical, and now the family being sick). So I'm posting this and will report to authorities as well.

  Asked for split cup, but didnt get it. The smoothie had a bunch of ice chunks and air whipped into it. This isnt the case at other locations.

  Arrived at 7:48 pm to order a Jamba Juice. They close at 8:00 pm. They wouldn't answer through the drive thru intercom. Went to the door and they turned off the open sign and locked the door. Saw a woman through the window and she ignored us. How hard is it to stay open until the time you say you're open?

  I am a little disapointed in this location. I always order a large smoothie. The other locations fill the cup all the way to the top, and half the time have a little extra which they give to me in a small cup. This place, the cup is only 3/4 full time times, and it's not just once, it's every time. Seems like they are trying to only give you 3/4 of what you order. May not sound like a big deal, but when you are paying over $9.00, ( yes it is over $9.00 with the tax) does not feel like you are getting what you pay for. The other locations give you what you pay for, and a little extra.

  The person I talked to was rude to me and worse to my partner and another girl he took the order of. Seems to not like talking to women. And it looked like my order was just thrown into the bag. For also $50 dollars and leaving a tip it was not a good look.
