- JJJessica1 day ago2.0The guy working the window at 7pm on 9/11 was very rude when taking our order over the speaker. My husband has an accent, but not a thick one at all, and this employee kept acting like he couldn’t understand a word he was saying when he ordered, even when he was yelling it into the speaker. Didn’t seem like a volume thing to me. Very cold responses and an overall frustrating experience on top of the long wait behind one car. Will not be back to this location.

For eight dollars it should have at least tasted like mango for one and for two it tasted like freezer burned so bad that I could barely taste anything other than that. I am super disappointed I've never had a smoothie taste so gross in my life

Even though their auto order greeter was still running, they said "sorry, we don't have time to serve you." Poor choice in staff that provide poor service. 1 denied service, will cost them 1,000s over the next few years due to lost patrons like me, other people I talk to about this, and any others who also get stuck in the drive through waiting for cars in front of you to get their slushies after your order is refused.

Front door was locked but lights were on and drive-thru ordering screen was still playing automated greeting but no response after sitting there for couple minutes. Was finally able to get ahold of someone by calling the business line and the lady couldn't keep her facts straight as to why they were already closed. Needless to say, steer clear of this location if you're craving semi-late night sweetness.
