That's really saying something. I don't know if it's all El Pollo loco's or if just this. El Pollo loco has chosen not to put back their salsa bar after the lockdowns, but come on now guys, let's put back our salsa bar. They don't carry lemons or limes anymore. They don't have the silverware out, they don't have the plates out, and it was the most dissatisfying experience that I have ever had. When I say the words El Pollo loco. I am extremely disappointed. We live in Tooele, so we don't get El Pollo loco very often and this was something we were looking forward to. My mother is visiting and she's from Cortez Colorado, so she doesn't get it almost ever, and she too was extremely disappointed. The chicken was overcooked, there wasn't a single thing about this experience that was positive.

Also Ordered a Chipotle chicken burrito and it shouldn't have even left the kitchen and went right to the garbage and remade. No spice no rice tortillaburnt....just wow, the difference in the production of the 2.....
