  The staff here are extremely friendly, and make incredible sandwiches! They know me by name here and always greet me with kindness and respect, and always make my sandwiches exactly how I like them. Thanks Einstein's!

  I always go to this store because the staff is super friendly the store is always clean and the manager is the best I definitely think this is one of the best stores.

  I have visited four different locations of Einstein Bagels, and the establishment in Sandy stands out as the finest. It consistently maintains a high standard of cleanliness and organization, and the employees are exceptionally courteous. During my recent visit, there was an error with my order. I must admit that I was quite upset due to my time constraints, which resulted in my frustration and less-than-cordial demeanor. However, George, the employee who assisted me, was remarkably apologetic and promptly resolved the issue. He managed to remain calm and professional throughout our interaction, displaying commendable kindness despite my initial rudeness. To further alleviate the situation, he offered a complimentary muffin as a gesture of goodwill.
