  Accidentally ordered to this location after moving, which is my mistake, but they don't have the option to cancel when I immediately caught the mistake. When you call it connected me to AI that would not cancel the order and refused to connect me with an actual human. Portions suck too.

  Very bad experience today , food is bad not even ready , employees have attitude, small portions definitely one of the worst location I ever been

  Disgusting. If you order food this is where they keep it until its picked up. My order was on the bottom shelf behind the trash can

  I don’t usually leave reviews rarely ever but this is by far the worse chipotle i’ve ever had the chance to interact with. on many occasions i try to avoid this location at all possible costs but sometimes it’s just inevitable. 1. No answering the phones. i try and try my best to get a hold of anyone but it’s clear the phone is just ignored. have had this happen multiple times i have never been able to actaully talk to anyone. 2. i order online so by the time i get there its “supposedly ready” as this location i am very aware of having a crazy wait time and lines never move and even after ordering online and coming to pick up later still never ready i have two occasions where me and my gf arrived and had to wait an additional 15-30 minutes as no rep wanted to talk with us and that the order wasn’t ready. 3. items being always out. crazy to me there always out of stock of something as if management isn’t doing there stock duty correctly and shipment isn’t bringing what they need 4. doordash from here is horrendous. most recent experience but it’s as if they waited and waited until close came and i never got our order i had three dashers tried to pick up food and to my surprise they were out of stock of bowls??! yeah no that’s unacceptable i ordered at approximately 9:47 and hour later nothing no response no nothing and there bouta close and i get that i will be refunded but that’s not the point i clearly wanted food and this location was unfit to do that. there needs to be a change of something of this location the fact i need to drive farther or avoid this location is a tell tale sign this location is simply underachieving at what there expected of by there own higher ups there customers and countless of more specific individuals i will at least give one good feed back as i am a believer there’s always something good that comes out of anything. whoever makes the steak here does an incredible job i am very impressed, this location knows how to cook their meat

  What is the point of having a rewards system if the person up at the front register doesn’t know how to scan it in? Hopefully I can go to a different Chipotle before my 50% expires due to how incompetent this one is and how you cannot get ahold of management and just have to deal with some BS AI
