  If you are reading this DO NOT EAT HERE. Horrible dining experience and now poisoned. 1) should have seen reviews (spot on), 2) should have walked out when I saw how NASTY the kitchen, serving, and dining area are (obviously these reviews are not eliciting any action on the owner/managers), and 3) food was cold and not fresh. Wilty lettuce, hard dry beans. Not sure what was wrong with chicken. I was starving so I ate several bites. Huge regret as I now have GI issues. I will see if I can report them to the county health dept. They must be shut down if they refuse to change.

  I ordered online for pick up. They have a pick up shelf. The staff keeps the food in the back and you have to go up and ask for your food for them to bring it up. What’s the point of the pick up shelf. Finally the staff came to help me after standing there for 5 minutes. Gave them my name and they went back and got my food. I’m standing right there and instead of handing it to me she put it on the shelf right in front of me as if I wasn’t there. Passive aggressive as anything

  One of the dirtier Chipotle's we've been to. Was pretty gross behind the counter where our food was being prepared. Daughter's flour tortillas were hard for her build-your-own tacos. My burrito basically fell apart when they tried to wrap it and instead of dbl wrapping it the guy just took more foil to close it up... also, they were out of chips at 6pm on a weekend... We live Chipotle but won't be coming back to this one. So many better options in the area.

  This location consistently misses in every area possible. Constantly out of items, without even letting you know. They just won’t add it to your bag and expect you to figure it out on your own instead of communicating it with you. The wait times are insane. The food and portions are disappointing. And the service would get zero stars if I could give it. I don’t know who manages this location, but it seems to be nobody or someone that’s incompetent. Tonight there was ONE person running the line for a line that was out the door & he had to also ring the orders in. Your manager that was on shift was in the back, I’m hoping doing the online orders and not just sitting around. Which the line for that was also almost to the back of the store mind you. It was 6pm. This is a peak revenue time. If you’re understaffed, a general manager needs to be in the store to support their team. I watched the manager come from the back, help a new hire clock in and then tell him “I’m sorry this isn’t how I’d like things to go, but I have to be in the back and you have to just watch what this kid up here is doing and pick it up”. So again I say, WHO is running this store? And where is the support that they need from a general manager, an area manager, a regional manager? ANYbody quite honestly, because it is clear as day they need some support because this place is an absolute joke. Get them some help and support and stop letting your people drown & tarnish your brands name because of it. It’s ridiculous. Do better.

  I ordered online and arrived at the confirmed pickup time, but my order wasn’t placed on the designated online order pickup shelf. It was kept in the kitchen, where customers don’t have access. I waited a couple of minutes, but no staff brought it out. I had to call and wave multiple times to get someone’s attention. The attention to detail just wasn’t there, and even though I haven’t eaten the food yet, this experience already gave me a bad impression. The store also didn’t look cleaned. Overall, I didn’t have a great experience at this location.
