- CKCharlee Kabel3 days ago2.0i love chipotle but this location should not do uber eats pick up orders. they don’t have them ready and then when you show up to the store they do all the in person orders, even if people keep walking in, before they ever get to take out. if you can’t mix in take out orders with walk ups that is fine but then you shouldn’t do them at this location. i waited nearly 25 minutes for a bowl… that i ordered to go

Service has been very slow and looks like a lot of turnover at this location Last time I came in at night I stood at the counter for several min with no staff in sight. Finally 4-5 of them came out from the back one by one smelling like weed. I love chipotle, this location does not reflect the quality or standards of a chipotle brand. Coporate you need to do an audit what’s going on at this location

Today I placed my second order for delivery and this was also the second time that something was left out of my order. I reached out to customer service chat to let them know. Instead of replacing the item or refunding for the missing item, they sent my a buy one get one offer for a main menu item that has to be used within 30 days. I asked if I could just get refunded for the missing item and was told no. I will not be ordering chipotle anymore, very disappointed in the customer service.
