- JJJeremyAug 15, 20261.0WORST Chipotle experience I've ever had. Ordered beforehand in the app. Arrived a few mins after it said it was finished and ready for pickup. When I went in, they kept ignoring the people that were waiting for pickup. Everytime I went up and asked about my order they blew me off and walked away. I watched at least 15+ people place their order in person and get their food right away all in the time I was waiting for my order that was supposedly ready to be picked up 30 mins earlier. The employees had absolutely no idea what they were doing or where my order was. After asking multiple times they suddenly discovered it sitting on the counter unbagged. And when I got home I realized they also forgot one of my items and gave me someone else's burrito. Embarrassment of a chipotle location.

But for a bowl with 6 things but 3 add on charges, they can’t put the tiniest bit more… anything? I’ve been to the chipotle on 51st and state and they regularly fill the bowls considerably more full. I understand we both started eating but there’s no way I’m crazy. It’s just sad.

I prefer this Location over others and would rather travel several minutes out of the way to come here instead of other Chipotle locations. They do something right here!
