  Usually I don’t review CFA since they’re all consistent. But this one, my hash brown box was open, my burrito was a taco, and the wrap for the burrito wasn’t wrapped up. Probably an anomaly, but it looked like someone was having a rough morning

  I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A since it first opened. One of my sons even worked here for a couple of years, so our family has been regular patrons for a long time. The food has generally been great, although lately it doesn’t feel quite the same as it used to. Maybe that’s just because there are more options now and other places are constantly trying to improve, while Chick-fil-A sticks to what it does. That’s fine. The reason for this review, though, is the service experience. My wife recently purchased three gift cards here to give to our kids. Unfortunately, one of those cards had no money loaded onto it, even though we paid for it. When we went back with the receipt to explain the situation, we were told there was nothing they could do. That response was extremely disappointing. Chick-fil-A has built its reputation on customer service and strong values, yet a simple $20 issue was handled in a way that left a really bad taste in my mouth—no pun intended. After years of being loyal customers, this experience was enough for me to decide I won’t be returning to this location.

  The food and service were great, but the restaurant and bathroom weren't clean enough. If they get a lot of customers, they should hire a special cleaning team.

  Folks, it's time to contact corporate about this location. The evening service is the worst and the quality of the food is even worse than the service somehow. I don't think I've had fresh fries and a decent piece of chicken from this location in months. I actually stopped coming to this location after I saw the sloppy manager guy a few months back spill the garbage and cleaned it with his bare hands and went right back to working without washing his hands. This is right after I saw a gal manhandle my sandwich with her bare hands. This location is despicable and after trying to give it a second chance again tonight, I'll continue to drive miles out of my way to go to a different location or other establishments all together, more the latter than the former. I'd take an airport chic fil a in DFW Dallas Airport over this junk. Sending this to corporate and I encourage the rest of you finding bugs, hair and old food to do the same. Let's hit them where it hurts.
