  I have not been back in several years, so I decided to try out the new unlimited apps promo. Guacamole, queso and fried pickles are yummy🔥, but the onion rings and cheese sticks are plain tasteless and greasy 🤮 My bacon burger arrived with half cooked bacon.. ugh.😪😪 The side salad was old, the greens were wilted. I have given BWW 2 chances in the past 2 weeks. The food is a big turnoff and their Google score reflects this pattern.

  I don’t enjoy me and my girlfriend both getting sexually harassed by our waiter Lauren. Not a Karen, just want to warn people about coming here. We came here all the time up until now and honestly it really sucks that we won’t be back anymore. I know our one loss isn’t going to shut down the business, but it’s disappointing losing a place we actually enjoyed because of how disrespectful and uncomfortable the experience was. But that being said, if you enjoy being sexually harassed while trying to eat dinner, this is the place to be!

  Every single time we have ordered take out or delivery from here it has been wrong and/or missing an entire portion of the order. We stopped ordering here for years because of this but then I decided to give them another try recently and it was the exact same situation. We were missing at least one of each item (1 slider, 1 mozzarella stick, 3 boneless wings, 1 naked chicken tender and a buffalo sauce). The sauces that we did get didn't have lids so they spilled all over the bags. I emailed them and they apologized. I emailed back asking for a partial refund and they said they submitted for a $20 refund but I am waiting to see it come across. I love BWW but this location can't seem to get it together.

  Came in for a quick lunch and our server Alexus was awesome! Great waitress service! Will be back.

  This is my very first time in Utah, and it's been my best experience so far after getting to see 15 states. People here are just amazing, but there's always one or two who stand out and I want to make sure Mikey gets the recognition he deserves. Incredible customer service since he picked up the phone, making sure I felt appreciated as a customer even when he hasn't seen my face ever, but that was just the start; when I stepped in the actual place, he was super cordial, knowledgeable, servitial and nothing felt acted; you can tell he's genuine in his character. Great element, guys; I'm glad he's been going up the ladder and I'm sure he'll be doing even better/greater things for/with the company.
