  Drive thru guy was super kind and helpful. I didn't know how to use the app to redeem my offers. He helped me out with it.

  Keven was working the counter & drive through. In the middle of doing my order at the counter, he left to do a drive through order. Do we understand they are shorthanded. But he didn't need to be Rude or impatient with us. At the end, when asking what name to put on the order spelled out the name. So that way he had it correctly, and his response was I got it. Again was rude. Aaked for a cup holder, he said they didn't have any. Sadly this was the worst customer service i have ever received at this location. The timer for wasn't that stellar either, but man, it's just getting worse. Plus sign the inside was clean.

  Horrible cheese steak sandwich. It looked like throw up. I just threw it away. Horrible.

  We just went in because it was one of the only places open, 4th and all. The staff didn't want to be there and told us that we would have to wait 20-30 mins for roster beef so we settled for the chicken. The food was luke warm at best, kinda over done like it had been sitting under the lights for a while. The fries tasted kinda rancid but the chocolate shakes were pretty good. This place has definitely seen better days, especially when it's around $15 per meal, you would at least hope that its edible.
