    The employees were nice and understanding but I ordered and had a burger remade because it came out and the middle of the beef burger was really pink. I ended up having to leave before having it remade again because it was late and I had to go home.

    Horrible customer service in the drive thru. Very obnoxious employees that are hard of hearing and try to mess up your order.

    I love this new value Meat and 3 box. It is in a special box with your choice of a full size sandwich and fries, two mozzarella sticks, peach cobbler dessert and a soft drink. It comes with all the sauces packed in the box and napkins. It is perfect. It was very clean and the employees were friendly. Great experience.

    I had an awful experience tonight with Arby’s. They forgot my jamocha shake. In my DoorDash order when called what to ask what to do the manager cat answered the phone in a very unprofessional manner and tone. She said you’ll have to talk to DoorDash about that and then when asking why it was forgotten, she gave me excuses of my shake might’ve been given to a different customer or that they were short staffed and I responded with it takes two seconds to check a receipt man and she hung up the phone on me. Cat is super unprofessional unhelpful and does not set a good environment for that Arby’s
