Sat outside under an umbrella for lunch which was nice. Chairs were broken and scratched my sons leg. Prosecco was warm. 2 beer glasses in a row were dirty. Calamari and bruschetta sampler were okay, calamari could have been cooked longer. Got the strawberry salad which had way too much dressing and shaved chicken which was odd. Husband got chicken milanese, and it was just not milanese, it had melted cheese on top more like a parm and came with pasta, when typically it has no cheese and comes with a salad. They also were out of many things including all import beer, pizzas, and chicken tenders (although the kids chicken parm was basically chicken tenders with some sauce and cheese so who knows). Will definitely not be back.

When we got there we were told 15 minutes for an almost empty restaurant but with it being a mother's day celebration we decided to wait. The foods is all over priced for the portions - we got the artichoke dip which was okay, then ordered our entrees. Our waitresses came and said the lobster dish they just noticed were out of lobster so once my son chose a new dish she told him she'd bring it out all together but that meant the other 3 dishes were sitting and were not very good. My pregnant daughter sent hers back and they offered a replacement entree but she was not going to wait again . Until that happened our drinks were left empty including my daughter's lemonade. Only go here if you have no other options their flavors are watered down and service lacking - i would have gave an overall 2 star but they did offer to replace her dish.

Brought three out of state guests to Brio on 4/27. We had a 6:30 PM reservation. When we entered the restaurant it was maybe 10% full. No one was at the host desk and there were several people standing there. Eventually someone came up and stated that they were understaffed and not taking any walk-ins. I shared we had a reservation and was told it was a 30 minute wait. After the wait, when we seated, the server came to the table and told us that they were out of almost everything on the menu. We finally found some items they did have. Not anyone's first choice. The food we were served was mediocre at best. Overpriced for the quality provided. If staffing and resources are that poor, the restaurant should have closed. I was embarrassed that I selected this restaurant for my guests. I wish we would have gone somewhere else. I won't roll the dice with Brio ever again.

We dined here on a Sunday evening, fully aware that Phantom was playing across the street, so the initial 45-minute wait was understandable. What followed, however, was not.
At least fifteen menu items were unavailable. After placing our order, we were informed—fifteen minutes later—that even the dressing for our Caesar salads was out of stock. Shortly after, we were told our appetizers hadn’t even been started and that our entrées would take another hour.
This wasn’t a busy night surprise—it was a failure to prepare for a completely predictable surge in demand. When you operate next to a theater with scheduled performances, planning isn’t optional. It’s fundamental.
The one bright spot of the evening was Alexandra, our waitress. She handled an undeniably frustrating situation with professionalism, empathy, and genuine care. She apologized sincerely and did everything within her control to make things right. The decision to comp drinks and the limited appetizers we did receive was appreciated, but it doesn’t address the root issue.
This experience points squarely to upper management. You know your traffic patterns. You know your peak times. Plan. Do better.
