  WING STOP FOR THE WIIIIIIIN!!!! Never had a better experience here in my 35 years of existence. the dry rub, the extra crispy cooking time, don't even get me started on the ranch... absolutely divine. 50/50 stars. would go back again, and again and again and again. :)

  I ordered wings from your restaurant, and unfortunately, the wings were raw/undercooked. I brought this to the staff’s attention, but they did not seem concerned or offer any solution. I also let them know that none of the flavors at the fountain drink machine were working, and that issue was not addressed either. Honestly, I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable asking for a refund, especially after I had already brought the problems to their attention and felt like they didn’t care. I’m very disappointed with how the situation was handled. I paid for food that I could not safely eat, and I expected the staff to take my concerns seriously and make the situation right. I’m hoping someone can look into this and provide a refund or an appropriate resolution. I also have photos of the undercooked chicken if needed.

  Received a phenomenal experience at this location, they were super quick in preparing my order and very polite with great knowledge of the menu. The 3 people working during today’s shift performed and delivered an outstanding experience for me! Even the dining area was a pleasant atmosphere. Restrooms were very clean and provided ample seating room!!! I will be recommending this location to all friends and family! 👏 great job 👏 if you read this review you are not going to be disappointed they are awesome!🤩

  I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. I have been a customer of this establishment for years, and unfortunately, the service I received from an employee named Claudia was extremely poor.I arrived approximately 10 minutes before closing with the intention of placing a takeout order, but she refused to serve me. If the establishment’s posted hours indicate that they are open until 1:00 AM, I believe customers should be served until the stated closing time, as a matter of courtesy and respect for the customer.Additionally, the way she spoke to me was extremely rude and unprofessional. At no point did she show any willingness to assist me or attempt to offer a solution. I believe management should take situations like this seriously and review the way customer service is being provided, as well as the training of their employees. After being a customer for years, an experience like this is enough to lose my trust and business. I will definitely not be returning to a place where, as a customer, I am treated this way.
