I’m only leaving this review because of Kobe! His customer service was truly outstanding. He greeted us with such a positive attitude and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Kobe is a huge asset to Taco Bell and absolutely deserves a promotion!

First off, I asked for 2 fiver dollar luxe boxes, ended up getting the supreme luxe boxes - ended up paying more money then I should've.
Then they made my sister's dirty midnight Baja a regular one at first, then she asked for them to change it, the fountain drink was actively a fountain, it was spewing out of the lid, the workers just watched, no napkins or anything, and they had attitude. Used to love this location up until the recent remodel, for some reason the workers have gotten lazier, and have been moody every time I go and correct them on their mistakes they give me an attitude.
I couldn't change the luxe boxes because I had already paid and drove off.
I was expecting to pay 16 ish dollars, not 22, when I could've doordashed it for 18 dollars instead including a tip.
I went thru the drive thru as well.

Just got robbed here would refund and no refund. You know I mas a manager at the taco Bell on State St in Orem. And I never behaved this way. It's an embarrassment to not only taco bell but the presents they represent in the community

I arrived at Taco Bell to pick up an order. Since the lobby was closed, I waited in the drive-thru. I was then directed to the entrance, where I waited for about 10 minutes.
Then a girl who was handing out orders came up and told me that my order was not ready. I asked how much longer it would take, and she said it wasn’t her job. I asked her to check with her colleagues, and she said she would look into it.
After 5 minutes, she came back and said the order was still not ready. I asked to speak with a manager. When the manager, Christina, came out, she was rude and said they were busy, that DoorDash was not important, and told me to wait.
She left, and about 5 minutes later she came back and said that the customer had already picked up the order and suggested that I call them. I called the customer, and they told me they were at home and had not picked up anything.
At that point, she admitted that the order had been given to someone else. I asked how they could hand out an order without verifying the person, and told her it was their fault and that they needed to remake the order. She refused, saying it was not their fault and that this happens often.
In the end, I wasted 30 minutes, my mood was ruined, my time was wasted, and the customer was left dissatisfied. I strongly do not recommend this location. I don’t understand how they hire such unqualified employees, and I hope they will be more careful in the future when hiring staff.
