  They always high and never give you the right stuff. Last time I went the manager was very weird and creeped me out.

  We had the unfortunate experience of a customer harassing and threatening the staff at this Taco Bell. The staff handled the situation professionally and the man left. Hats off to the staff for not allowing the man to intimidate them.

  I always come to this taco bell and since it’s been pretty bad now. I ordered a lux box and they charged me 50$ when it was only supposed to be 7. Called to try and figure it out and they said they can maybe give me a refund. But absolutely ridiculous how the cashier didn’t notice and still charged my card!

  The man st the drive through couldn't understand what I was saying very well. The conversation went as follows Me: may I please have two grilled cheese burritos with steak and sour cream Him: yes, would you like extra steak Me: no Him: okay, three grilled cheese burritos with sour cream and extra steak Me: no, Two grilled cheese burritos with sour cream, no extra steak Him: okay, Two grilled cheese burritos with extra steak Me: no, just normal amount, no extra Him: okay, anything else Me: yes, loaded nacho fries please Him: okay, fries Me: the loaded nacho fries Him: okay, nacho fries I payed for me food and got two grilled cheese burritos with chicken and no sour cream, and just normal fries. I have a very neutral accent and am easy to understand. This Taco Bell either needs to upgrade their speakers so that the employees can properly hear the customers, or hire someone who can better understand what the customers are saying.

  This Taco Bell is very convenient for me to go to so I go there often. When I do, they usually forget my hot sauces or the avocado salsas, which I have to pay extra for. I usually catch it and they give me the sauces. Mildly irritating, but no big deal. I went there last night and I ordered a luxe box and a burrito. The guy tried to have me the wrong drink and I told him I had ordered a different drink. While he was getting my drink, the cook placed my luxe box on the counter. After the guy handed my drink to me, he took the luxe box back and gave it back to the cook. After a few minutes they handed me a bag only. I checked it and thought all my items were in there so I went home. When I got home and took the items out of the bag I noticed that I was missing one of the items that was supposed to be in the luxe box. It also looked like they just tossed the food inside. The items that were there were wrapped poorly and were falling apart when I opened them. The cinnamon twists were tossed in the bag upside down so they were just scattered all over the bag. And of course, the chalupa was missing from the order. It seemed like the guy was having a bad night and got mad when I told him he was handing me the wrong drink and so had the cook mess with my order. Maybe I’m misinterpreting but my box was on the counter until I told the guy he was giving me the wrong drink, then the box was taken back and I got a mess in a bag with missing items. I won’t be going here again.
