One employee smirked and said something like “Yeah, the computer’s having a bad day, what do you want me to do?” while the other laughed it off like my wasted time was funny. Instead of saying “sorry” for the ridiculous wait on a simple sandwich, they treated me like an inconvenience. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and zero accountability. Sandwich was average at best after all that. This Subway at 311 W 600 S is a total disaster—avoid unless you enjoy being ridiculed while hungry. 1/5, and that’s being generous. Never returning.
